The SE facing terrace looks out across the tropical pools with communal gardens and the 25m heated indoor swimming pool is ideal for year round use. The superbly situated complex is near 4 public golf courses and is only 5 minutes from local beaches at Santa Ponsa and Port Adriano. There are many excellent restaurants and bars within 5-10 drive from the apartment.

The apartment complex is a 15 minute walk from Port Adriano where there is a safe, clean and sandy beach. The Port itself has many great restaurants and beautiful scenery to look at. Its a great place to go and watch the sun set. The main Santa Ponsa beach is a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk and has an abundance of sunbeds, umbrellas and restaurants. Puerto Portals Nous is a 10 minute drive and is home to the infamous 'Wellies' and other great restaurants. There are fantastic boutiques and gorgeous boats, so don't forget your credit cards!! There are 7+ golf courses within a 15 minute radius, Santa Ponsa I being a few minutes away where there are full club house facilities, restaurant, bar and driving range. However, there are more than 14 other courses on the island and clubs, trolleys and buggies can be hired at most courses.
