Unit 228 is a double room apartment located on the first floor of the complex. It has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning and central heating, a double bed in the main room, two single beds in the smaller bedroom (additional single beds are available on request), a comfortable armchair, LCD TV, DVD/DivX Player. From its large windows overlooking the gorgeous park, through the trees, you can see the lake in the background.

The complex, called Euroresidence, is located on the outskirts of Garda.The town, which has lent its name to the lake, is a holiday resort found on the centre stretch of the Riviera degli Olivi where lake Garda opens out after the enchanting promontory of San Vigilio and Mermaid Bay. Both are within walking distance from the Euroresidence. The lake can be easily and quickly reached via a private underpassage. At the end of it you will find a snack bar right in front of you, to the left the beach that stretches round the coastline to Punta S. Vigilio ,to your right a promenade that leads downtown Garda (5 to 10 minutes) and, if you are in the mood for a long walk ,you can continue walking, on the very same promenade, until you reach Bardolino, Cisano and Lazise (about 8 km). A couple of mountain bikes are at your disposal.

General Information (Part 1): We will provide every customer with detailed information about how to reach us. The area is served by three airports (Verona Brescia, Verona and Bergamo) and backed up by the airports at Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa , Venice Marco Polo and Treviso airports. You can reach the condo by bus from Verona's Airport or we can have a taxi to pick you up. Hiring a car at your arrival would be a nice idea meaning when you stay on Lake Garda a day trip to Milan, Venice, Verona is an easily achieved reality. The Arena di Verona is a short drive away and the historic open air amphitheater offers an unforgettable experience. If you visit between the months of November and April, day skiing trips are perfectly feasible: the nearest slopes are 40 minutes drive away and the world-class ski resort Madonna di Campiglio 1 hr 30 minutes drive. The largest theme park in Italy, Gardaland, is only 15 km away.

General Information (Part 2): The bus stop is just in front of the condominium's gate. Going to Gardaland,Verona or reaching the other small towns this side of the lake couldn't be easier. The condo's housekeeper/manager, Maria Luisa, will try to sort out any problem you might have. She's fluent in English and very helpful. Warning: There is a longish slope and 35 steps up to the pool, but it can be reached by car as well. NEWS: On November 8th the NEW PRINCESS OF GARDA, a huge complex with indoor/outdoor swimming pools, wellness and fitness center,facilities including massage and sauna rooms will be opening in Garda.

1) Location: Good location, just a 2 minute walk through the underground passage to the lake Garda. Easy access to highways to go to other cities.
2) Apartment: Very well equiped, with everything needed to make you feel at home.
3) Host: The Manager is a great host, he is always willing to provide any assistance to make your stay more confortable. Incredible kindness and hospitallity.

We have just finished 2 weeks holiday in the apartment 228. We were 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was very nice, good place for us, tv, dvd and x box which was very popular in the evenings. The park and swimmingpool was beautiful. Garda was a very pleasant town with strandpromenad and gode restaurants. The location is excellent for excursions to Verona, Venice and a boat trip to Sirmione is highly recommended. The owner is a perfect host, very kind and helpsful. It was a fantastic vacation. I am sure that we will com back soon.

We booked this appartment for just under a week. The booking process was easy and we were kept informed by Mauro. We were greeted at the apartment and show around. The apartment is clean, tidy and well equipped. We stayed mid week and it was really quiet. It was great to only be a few minutes walk from the lake front and easy access to all the towns along the lake, including a day trip to Venice. We highly recommend this apartment and would definetely stay again.

Great Holiday!

We stayed in apt 228 in June 09. Our host Mauro was faultless, both before our arrival and during our stay. The apt was equipped with everything we needed and extra. There was a welcome pack of food on our arrival which was a great idea. We had our small two children with us who loved the triple bunk bed in the bedroom and the tv and dvd player. The apt also had a tv, dvd and xbox in the sitting room as well as games and books. The apt was clean and well furnished. The pool was lovely, and clean. The steps up to the pool are fine unless you are pregnant like me!, but you can also drive to the pool. There is also access to another pool near the first one. The apt is within walking distance to Garda which is a lovely town with numerous restaurants, shops etc. The promenade is really nice to walk along especially in the evening time. There is also great road cycling and mountain biking close by too. We would have no qualms in recommending this apt to our friends!
