A fabulous luxurious self contained townhouse in the Paradise Palms five star resort in Kissimmee Florida. Just off highway US 192, it is minutes from Disney World and gives you the unique combination of your own home but with hotel style facilities. What makes our house special is that the pool area is not overlooked by any other property, making the view from our lanai /pool one of only palm trees and gardens.

A wonderful, luxurious, brand new townhouse situated at the incredible Paradise Palms 5* Resort. Paradise Palms. It offers more than just a house to stay in - it's a resort in every sense of the word. It has its own clubhouse complete with a large games room, gym, sauna and magnificent pool area with hot tubs and a children's pool (and play area). The Club House has Internet wireless (as has our house!) and it even has a Concierge service! Paradise Palms is a 24 hour gated community, with digital video surveillance, giving you the assurance of security and peace of mind and yet, it is all just minutes from the major attractions that Orlando has to offer. Our house will create the perfect holiday for you. You have the combination of your own space, with your own screened, private, splash pool and sun terrace. The house has flat screen plasma TV's in every room, and enjoys pay-per-view movies. It also has a fully equipped kitchen.

Additional information about rental rates

  • NB: for rental rates in US Dollars please contact the owner.
    I will require a non refundable deposit of £100 for each week you are staying (i.e two weeks stay requires £200 deposit). Weeks are transferable.
    All prices are excluding 13% state tax.
  • Pool heat can be paid locally at a cost of $120 ( approx ) per week.
    A 3% transaction fee will be added for Credit Card payments.( PayPal )
    Cheques taken for UK guests.
  • Stays of less than 7 nights will require an additional $95 for house cleaning.
    A security deposit of $250 will be required at checkin.
    Check in time 4pm - Check out time 11am.
    Prices may change at owners discretion and without notice.

All three bathrooms have their own shower facilities and hairdryer. We also have a washer & dryer.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area: Florida offers a fanatastic all year round climate where sunshine is the key word. Paradise Palms is just a 6 minute drive to the Disney World complex via the new 429 road accessed from US192. And, we're just some 20 minutes drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet'n'Wild and all the attractions of International Drive which can all be reached from Interstate 4, itself a 5 minute drive from our house. For the more adventurous, Busch Gardens is some 40 minutes west on the Interstate 4 with the amazing beaches of Tampa and St Pete's just 90minutes away

Kissimmee / Paradise Palms area: The great thing about Kissimmee and Paradise Palms is that you have all of Orlando on your doorstep. From great attractions like Disney, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World to great shopping malls and fantastic restaurants - it's all just minutes away. And for all your shopping needs we have Super Wallmart , Super Target and Publix within minutes of our house, while US 192, which we are seconds from, has every food outlet you can imagine!

Golf: Several superb golf courses are within a five minute drive of Paradise Palms

I would definitely recommend this property! The home was immaculate with tasteful and comfy furnishings. After a long day at the park, it was nice to come home to such an inviting environment. We would certainly stay here again.

Great house, Great location, We had a great time there was 6 of us but the house sleeps more very spacious, modern and clean, it had everything you need and more, it was great to have your own splash pool to cool down in at night, the complex pool was beautiful and the facilities of the club house were great would defiantly stay here again big thank you.

We stayed in Pauline´s house for nine nights with four adults and four kids alltogether. The house is tastefully furnished and fully equipped (Internet, great kitchen, TV in every room,a bunk bed for the kids etc.) Pauline supported us with directions, attractions round the house etc. and answered all our questions immediately. The big pool area at Paradise Palms is great for kids and also for adults. Also mentionable is the assistance we received from Paradise Palms reception (Tickets, Teetimes at Golf Course etc.) The near to Disney World and the other attractions round Orlando is unbeatable. In short words: We really
enjoyed the stay there and we had a great time in Orlando.
