The apartment is situated on one of the finest courses the Algarve has to offer. There is a magnificent clubhouse with spa and heated indoor swimming pool,various treatments are available. There are discounts for golf at Boavista and other Algarve courses. 5 mins away is the beach holiday resort of Luz, providing family water sport activities and delightful seafront cafes and shops. Further to the west are the unspoilt fishing villages of Burgau and Salema. Only 25km away the coastline changes dramatically as you come upon the vast cliffs and wide beaches of the west coast. The nearest town is Lagos, 2 miles away. It is a historic walled town with a maze of cobbled streets with lovely shops, restaurants and bars for the holidaymaker to explore. A new marina has been developed within the harbour. At the harbour side there are shops and cafes to enjoy. By the port side in the town, trips can be arranged to take in the grottoes, sandstone cliffs and beautiful beaches.

The appartment is as lovely as the photos suggest, well appointed, in excellent condition with high quality fixtures and fittings.
The tranquil location is within easy reach of a number of very good beaches, bars and restaurants; the beaches are great for sunbathing, swimming and surfing. There are good cliff walks with stunning views and plenty of sightseeing by car.
The customer service was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this appartment to our friends.

Luxury apartment on the Algarve

This is an idyllic location with views of the sea surrounded by an oasis of lush green with palms, olive groves, lakes (with fountains) which attract all sorts of wildlife such as hoopoes, egrets etc and there is even a little owl which perches each evening on one of the old olive trees. The apartment is at first floor so you have a fantastic view of the course and countryside - great entertainment all day long with lots to see - the local staff start early with maintaining the grounds then the golfers appear which is great fun to watch- then in the evening the watering system starts along with the crickets and cicadas and even frogs join in. Fantastic atmosphere.

The facilities are excellent an enormous swimming pool (1.5m deep so good for anyone) is about 100m away in a secure landscaped compound kept at 27 degrees with a bathing pool (0.5m) which mums and toddlers occasionally play in. Usually the pool is deserted and we swim 10 lengths then there is HOT shower poolside!

The apartment is luxury standard with intercom entry, we were 4 adults sharing, and has balconies facing west and east with parasols and very smart seating. The kitchen has a bosch dishwasher and washing machine and a waste disposal (all essential!) with a vast fridge and freezer and plenty of cupboards and equipment etc. The bedrooms and lounge have VERY quiet air conditioning which you set at 21 degs and is unnoticeable and dead cool!

Cant wait to go back!!!

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our week at Boavista. Your apartment is great - very comfortable and excellent location. I do think the Lakeview apartments have the best position on the resort. It was our third visit to Boavista (although we had not been for a couple of years) and it was good to see the new clubhouse and restaurants.

Thank you for your help in arranging our stay and we wish you well with bookings for the forthcoming year.
