  • Please contact us for late booking special rates
  • A surcharge may apply for the following periods: Christmas, Easter and the Monaco Grand Prix june july and august. Please enquire when you book. July and August are rented for a minimum of two weeks
    A 25 % non refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The full amount is due 60 days before arrival as well as a security deposit of 10000 Euros , which will be reimbursed quickly at the end of the stay. A final cleaning and laundry charge of (approx €300)will be deducted from the security deposit together with telephone consumption, utility charges and any breakages/damages.
  • The renter should be fully insured for personal injury, theft etc. The owner refuses all responsibility for recourse that an insurance company may exercise against the owner in the case of an accident. Arrival is after 4pm and departure before 10 am on change-over days.
