Located near Majorda and Colva Beach in Goa. Villa is in lush green tropical resort-style private and gated community with pool. Air conditioner in each bedroom, Maid Service for housekeeping, Kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave, Cooking Range, Room Service Facility. The villa is located on the beach between the famous Majorda and Colva beaches of south Goa. Famous Goan restaurant Martins Corner is 1.5 kilometres away. The international airport of Dabolim is within 10 kilometres. Most resorts like Radisson, Taj exotica, Leela palace, Hyatt are within 8 kilometres. Old Goa churches are 20 kilometres. Many choose to go to the Goa Colva and Majorda beaches to experience a change from the crowded Anjuna or Calangute beaches. Colva amd Majorda beaches in Goa are usually less crowded. There are many shacks lined up along the beach which offers you delicious Goan cuisine to be washed down by innovative cocktails or chilled beer. Sit in one of those shacks, savour the mouth-watering food while looking at the vast sea in front of you. You can sit engrossed in a book or laze by the poolside getting the perfect tan. There are a number of seaside activities like surf-boarding, bicycle rentals, parasailing, beach volleyball. The beach is just a short walk away from this gated community. Madgaon town [about a 10-15 minute drive] offers a variety of shopping especially for local handicrafts. Some of the best hotels and pubs are just a twenty minute drive away - great getaway for an evening drink and meal after a lazy day at the pool or beach side.

This was exactly what we were looking for. We went with our 1 year old daughter so were looking for a quiet, safe holiday.
Sagar villa offered a secure, gated estate, 5 minutes from a quiet beach, with regular cleaning and laundry services. The biggest bonus was the fact that the hotel complex across the road offered room service delivered to the dining table. You really can do as little or as much as you like.

The house balconies look over paddy fields and provide a mix of full sunshine and shade.

Highly recommended - can't wait to go back! Well worth spending a little extra for the peace of mind of gates, night guards and air conditioning!

We had a lovely family holiday at this place. It is only 25 minutes away from the airport by a pre-paid taxi and easily accessible to other places by taxis. It is spacious,clean, well kept and has a well equipped kitchen. It also has daily housekeeping and laundry facilities.

Located in a quiet environment, right in front of the villa is a garden with big mango trees and a swimming pool almost like your own private pool. It is only 3 minutes walk to Nanu resort which you can access for meals and a second swimming pool.The beach is only 8 minutes away where we enjoyed all day in the sun and water . The beach has many shacks that offer you a variety of drinks and food at reasonable prices.A little further away on the beach water sports are also available.

Overall a very good relaxing experience.

What a wonderful Place.

The best way to spend time at Goa - Sun, Beach, Open Spaces & barbeques & we could do all these at this villa.

Recomend this for a peaceful Goa Style beach holiday.
