Perched on its own private site and not overlooked, Kenmare House offers the holidaymaker privacy without isolation. Jacuzzi bath awaits those weary bones after long hill or road treks which abound the property. 3 bedrooms are ensuite, with the remaining bedroom having full use of main bathroom. Double washbasins in master ensuite avoid that queue for the mirror! Forgot your golf clubs? No worries just borrow ours. Kindly advise this at time of booking. Finishes are of very high standard throughout the property just to make your holiday special. Activity centre close to the property caters for a wide range of outdoor activities including driving range, running track and fishing. A host of gourmet restaurants in Kenmare town less than 3km from Kenmare House will whet your appetite.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices quoted are for the property per week and are for groups of up to 6 persons. Groups of greater than 6 persons carry a supplement of 200euros weekly all year except from 30th May to Aug 28 where a 300euros supplement weekly applies.
  • Security deposit of 200 euros to be paid on arrival and will be returned to client on inspection of property prior to departure. Check in time 4.00pm on day of arrival and departure time of 10.00am on day of departure. Electricity and oil charged at 5 euros per day 30th May to 28th August and at 7 euros per day all other times.
  • Babysitting available on request, golf clubs available for guest use please inform us in advance if you should require them. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate in the property. Local maps and local information folder available for all guests as well as recommendation of local restaurants.

Great location, close to the sea and incredible vistas out the back windows and sitting room. Great lay out and very well finished. Totally enjoyable place, compfortable, clean, functional especially for 3 couples or a family. Nice to be in the country but only 5 minutes from Kenmare and 30 minutes from Killarney by car.
