The two apartments are set in a magnificent & historical villa, situated only 7 minutes walking distance from the village centre. Both have their own private terrace/solarium where you can spend your days relaxing, having a glass of wine and reading. Around the villa there is a garden with olive trees, vineyard, fruit trees and private parking. In this villa you’ll get a glimpse of what it does like to live in the Italian countryside. Its panoramic position with sea view makes it the ideal place to stay for those who enjoy nature & relax and it is possible to have wonderful walks along the charming peninsula's landscape as: Crapolla, Jeranto bay, Punta Campanella, Marina del Cantone & Recommone. You can also make daily excursions to Naples, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompei, Ercolano, Capri & Ischia. Near the house there is a 'Turtle Rescue Center'. You really don't need a car here. Sant'Agata sui due Golfi (390m above sea level) is situated about 9 km from Sorrento. It's one of the pearls in the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno facing Capri. Perched on a hill it offers a series of views over the sea and the two bays (Gulf of Naples and Gulf of Salerno). Today it's a a very popular summer resort and an excellent centre for many excursions. It is famous for its parish church, the monastery of Deserto, it's natural beauties, archeological ruins, the Don Alfonso restaurant and several trails along the coast and inland.

  • The above rates are for two people per week.
    Rentals are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, bed linen, bath towels and final cleaning.
    Extra charge : Extra bed Euro 50,00 per week, crib Euro 30,00 per week
    Heating on consumption during the winter time.
    Security deposit:
    Euro 100,00 (paid locally by cash) at the time of arrival. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
  • Special rates and flexible arrival during the low season for a minimum of 3 nights stay.

    For minimum stays of 14 days, there is a 10% discount on the rates.

    Saturday/ Saturday during the high season with flexible arrival on request.
  • We wish to inform you that the access of the Villa is quite narrow therefore we suggest you to come with a small car or use the local buses. At its narrowest point, the drive to the house is 1.8 m wide.

    You really don't need a car here. There are frequent and cheap buses into Sorrento and Amalfi Coast.
    If you want to go the beach, there is a good bus service into Nerano & Marina del Cantone with many good cheap restaurants and even a Michelin star restaurant.

    The local bus service is excellent and very cheap. This made it very easy to travel to Sorrento and from there on to all the sights along the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, Positano, Capri etc.

    There are lots of lovely hiking trails around Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi along the coast and linking up all the local villages.

  • In the old villa there are two similar apartments available for rent, each apartment sleeping 2 people (extra bed on request). They are both placed on the ground floor of the old house in stone. Both apartments are situated one next to the other, and each has half of the facing terrace at their disposal. The terrace is divided in two parts by flower beds, and each part features an area with umbrellas, a table with chairs, and deck chairs. From the terrace you enter the bedroom, which is a spacious room with stony walls and a high vaulted ceiling. The thick walls in stone keep the house naturally cool even when it’s hot outside. In the bedroom you will find a double bed and a divan bed which sleeps one and a table with wicker chairs. Next to the room, there is a small kitchen and the bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove and a fridge. The house has been carefully decorated in the Mediterranean style: you will find the place quite and cozy.
