A spacious well equipped apartment in a superb complex offering 3 pools (and children's pools) with tennis courts. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms; 1 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds both with fitted wardrobes and ceiling -fans. A modern well equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave ,fridge-freezer, hob and oven. Air-conditioning and Mosquito nets throughout. Large terrace accessed from lounge with patio furniture and sunloungers. There is ample parking space and the benefit of a lift to the apartment. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance on the sea front and the lovely traditional Spanish village of Mojacar with incredible views is just a short distance away and is accessible via the local bus which operates a regular service throughout the year. Whether sailing, fishing, tennis, golf, water sports or simply relaxing on an uncrowded beach you will find it all in or around Mojacar.

Local Area: Mojacar Pueblo is an enchanting Moorish village nestled between the Mediterranean and the Sierra Cabrera mountains, with narrow winding streets and whitewashed houses. Our apartment is an ideal base from which to explore the real Andalucia and surrounding villages. Mojacar's beach is over 4km long with windsurfing and sailing being just 2 of the watersports available. Local markets include the Rastro on Sundays in Pueblo, and Garrucha market on Fridays. There is a regular bus service which runs along the Playa and up to Mojacar Pueblo.

Recreational: Golf. The area boasts 4 challenging courses, the Marina dela Torre ( Europes first desert course), Desert springs within 20 minutes, the Valle del Este and the Cortijo Grande which is a 9 hole course at the foot of the mountains. Watersports including scuba diving, windsurfing and sailing available on Mojacar beach. Bike hire available locally.

Out and about: Aqua park situated at Vera, easily accessed approx. 15 mins away. Granada with its impressive Alhambra Palace is approx. 2.5 hrs away by car. Mini Hollywood where many spaghetti westerns were filmed is approx 1 hr by car. Almeria is approx. 45 mins away by car. Mojacar can provide you with a very relaxing stay or an active holiday, depending on your requirements.
