Beautiful beaches and fishing villages providing the world renowned Galician wine and shellfish. This region is famous for its Albarino wine, in fact, this property has its own Albarino vineyard. Sunny hot summer climate and mild winters. Surrounded by pine forests, rivers and streams, with stunning uninterrupted views across to northern Portugal. Close to the shopping city of Vigo and the historical city of Santiago De Compestella. A 10 minute drive into Portugal across the river Mino where rafting and canoeing can be found together with pretty mountain villages and beaches.

A little piece of heaven - away from it all!

Everything about our holiday was wonderful, exactly what we as a family enjoy, from the moment we met our greeter who warmly welcomed us to our our first glimpse of your beautiful home. Eido Bello is full of character without being ostentatious, plenty of space to chill out. The gardens and pool area are fantastic, the children particularly enjoyed the hammocks and our numerous very competitive games of badminton in the lower garden.
There are plenty of walks and trails to explore in the vacinity. So after exercising or touring (a visit to Santiago de Compostella is a must) it was just like a little piece of heaven to return and relax in Eido Bello.

I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wanted to get away from it all as it is very rural. So if this is what you like this is the place to go.

Having never holidayed in this part of Spain before, the farmhouse is in a perfect location for exploring the area. We did lots of site seeing while we stayed here; the coastal town of Vigo, the beaches on the Ria Bajas coast, several trips across the border into Northern Portugal, the spectacular cathedral city of Santiago and for a complete treat the thermal baths at the local spa town on Mondariz.

The accommodation itself was perfect. Decorated to an extremely high standard with tons of room for my wife and three children to spread, chill and enjoy ourselves. It had everything we needed and more, the pool was amazing, the views stunning! The setting was very rural which means it’s lovely and peaceful, yet in less than 10 minutes you can be in the local village with shops for provisions as well as restaurants & cafes.

To get here we flew into Santiago on Ryan and hired a car. The drive takes just over an hour but I believe you can also fly to Vigo, which is much closer.


All in all, highly recommended and we would definitely return.

A perfect family holiday location.

We are a family of 4,with 2 children aged 11 and 15 years of age and have spent two wonderful holidays at Eido Bello. The farmhouse and attached rooms have been renovated to a high standard and in keeping with traditional Spanish style. Spacious, clean and luxurious with the most outstanding views across the valley towards Portugal. The location of this villa makes it something extra special, don't be put off by its seeming remoteness, whilst you feel totally isolated from the rest of the world, the lovely village of As Nevas is only a few minutes drive away and a 10 minute drive takes you on to the main road and the nearby coast.There was plenty to do, our children made the most of the beautiful pool and extensive grounds including the vineyards, streams and Roman watermills!We also had several excursions. Our day spent in the spa baths in Mondariz (approx 20 mins away) was memorable,We also visited Santiago de Compestella (a must) and Vigo (excellent shopping) whilst the beaches were a regular attraction. If you want a relaxing holiday in the most stunning of locations but with plenty to do if the mood takes you, then this villa would be hard to beat.
