The villa is nestled amongst mature trees high on the Cape Panwa peninsula with 240 degree views of the Andaman Sea and islands of Koh PiPi and Koh Lon. If you tire of the private beach there are a host to choose from within a 5 minute drive, and Phuket Town, with its fabulous local and international restaurants is just 15 minutes away. Boat trips to the surrounding islands and beaches leave from the bottom of our drive where you will also find great Thai and Indian food available. Baba, the award winning Restaurant and bar is literally steps from our villa. Two world class golf courses are within a 20 minute drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates include complimentary pick up from and return to the airport as well as breakfast on the first morning. Thereafter, meals can be prepared by the cook as required - simply inform her what you would like and give her the money to purchase the food.
  • DISCOUNTS (only one to apply):

    Early bird discount:
    10% if booking is confirmed more than 270 days before arrival.

    Long-stay discount:
    10% for bookings of 15 to 21 days.
    17.5% for bookings of 22 days or more.

    We require a booking deposit of 25% to secure your reservation, the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement date. Cancellations more than 6 weeks before commencement date will have 85% of monies received refunded, between 6 weeks and 4 weeks 50% and less than 4 weeks no refund will be made.
    A security deposit of 500 Pounds is required whatever the length of stay.

Notes: Our two full-time staff will cater for your washing and laundry and can prepare mouthwatering dishes for breakfast/lunch/dinner. The head housekeeper is an excellent cook, equally adept with Thai or western dishes, and speaks fluent English and German. They can be as involved or unobtrusive as you wish.

My wife, my 3 children (20, 18 and 15 years old) and me spent two weeks in this beautifull villa from August 1 to 15. The villa is really fantastic, luxusary, the photos on the web show well the high level of quality. The personnal who took care of us is very professional and very nice. I can compare my stay to what I get in the best 5 stars hotel. the complex offer a nice fitness center, tennis court, restaurant with a lot of green all around. We could visit nice places and islands easely either with a driver or by renting a boat. We will definitely go there again in 2010 for our summer vacation.

A GREAT HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE

We stayed at Villa at Cape Panwa February 2009 with my
daughter, son-in-law and grandsons aged 9 and 12. The house was the height of luxury - setting stunning. The staff
looked after us in every way. Organisation was faultless. Having a car with driver made getting around so easy. The
estate of Sri Panwa is beautiful and extremely tranquill. I
would rate this holiday as 5 star plus. Restaurant Babas on Sri Panwa was superb. We would love to return.
