It is possible to rent the entire property or one/more than one rooms as a Bed and Breakfast formula. The villa is placed in a privileged position 200 meters away from the sea. It is at midway between Siracusa and Fontane Bianche, the famous seaside resort, and 20 km far away from Noto, world capital of the Baroque. The structure is characterized by a relaxed atmosphere and a friendly management. The rooms are air-conditioned and elegantly furnished by Sicilian antique furniture. The structure is an elegant villa surrounded by 2000 m2 of lawn and has an external barbecue and a new gorgeous 18 meters length swimming-pool with hydromassage. These features make it suitable for families, friends and pairs longing for a pleasant stay. The structure has 3 double rooms, 1 quadruple room and 1 single room. Each room has an independent entrance, air-conditioned, provided with minibar and a LCD TV.

Siracusa offers many areas of considerable archaeological, environmental and naturalistic interest. Not far from the Bed and Breakfast Asparano it is possible to visit many archaeological sites. First of all, the archaeological park of Siracusa, where you can admire the Greek Theatre, the Orecchio di Dionisio, the Ara of Ierone, while in the ancient city centre, the isle of Ortigia, it is possible to appreciate the Apollo and Atena Temples remains (on which the Duomo was built). The province of Siracusa is also rich of naturalistic interest: the Vendicari oasis, a protected nature reserve that plays a main role in the reception of birds migration; Cava Grande in Cassibile, a canyon 985 feet deep dug, where it is possible to observe simultaneously an almost uncontaminated nature and human signs, since the Neolithic; Pantalica, an interesting site for naturalistic and archaeological reasons. House was not at 200 m from the sea asa mentionned .. Let says about 2 or 3 km from the huse.
tHERE WAS TO MANY ANIMALS ( 3 cats , 2 Dogs and some othes...
The swimming pool was nice but the house is too much dark. It was difficult to stay inside and if you went outside there was too much mosquitos.
The owner of the house came at least one or two times per day so it was impossible to be quiet at the house relaxing .We left after trhee days because it was difficult to stay more in such conditions.
Owner's Response: We are very sorry about this comment, especially because the renters went away specifying only their bother for mosquitos.
Our villa is bathed in green, in a contest absolutely different from urban life. Therefore, the presence of some mosquitos is inevitable, especially in august and if you have a big swiming-pool very close to the house. Nevertheless, every year in June we make a disinfestation.
One of the most amazing characteristic of our property is the presence of beatiful plants, old and tall trees and big florid garden. They need to be daily watered in august. Therefore, during the summer we must water everyday, staying quite and only around the property, never inside.
The property is 250 meters far from the sea, no more. This is absolutely right.
We thank the old renters for pointing out the slight darkness of the property (inside). In this connection, we will add more lights to the property in the next few days.
We love pets. Pets are absolutely welcome. Nevertheless, if someone does not we are prompt to take away our pets.
We hope to have explained our point of view.
