TheVilla Maxamilliano is laid out three floors with breathtaking views of 13th green at Los Olivios Mijas Golf. It is south west facing and has also spectacular views to the Mountains. Top floor - The luxurious master with en-suite Jacuzzi, separate shower and dressing room. It can be laid out as two singles or a double. Bed 2, twin has a small balcony, shower room, wc Middle floor- Enjoys a grand main entrance to the main lounge, second lounge, dining room, utility, wc and a top of the range kitchen with top appliances and granite worktops. It has a lovely terrace and an outside dining table for dining out in those barmy summer eves taking in a glass of wine and watching the sun go down over the mountains. Lower ground floor -3 B/rooms 2 x twin and a third which can be a double or twin or with the addition of two zed beds provided a four. Ideal for 2 families. All bedrooms other than the master have en-suite shower room and wc. Separate entertainment area with bar, pool, table etc

You will be met generally at the airport at your chosen car hire office and then personally guided into the villa. Where you will be given a guided tour of the villa by your contact during your stay. The Area This is the real Golf valley and surrounded by the best courses in the area. Over 12 within twenty mins drive 20mins drive to Malaga/Marbella 5 mins drive from Fuengirola Water Park 10 mins drive to the beach or El Hippodromo race course 15 mins drive to the picturesque white villages of Mijas Pueblo and Alhurin The estate also has two golf courses and boasts the five star Byblos hotel and spa with its two luxury cordon bleu restaurants. The area also has many other famous restaurants like El Oceano,Val Paraiso and El Higueron.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We will ask for a fully returnable £500 ( or euro equivelant ) deposit on completion of payment of booking. 10% non refundable holding deposit on booking. Payment must be made in full 8 weeks before departure . Any booking under 8 weeks must be paid in full immediately.
    Pool Heating will be an option from October 2009. If you take the heated pool option there will be an extra charge of £120 per week. ( 0r equivelant euros )
    Any Part weeks of pool heating have to be charged at £100. ( or equivelant euros ) as the pool has to be heated 3 days before your arrival.

We can organize babysitting. Meals indoors can be organized by independent caterers at the villa if you fancy soaking in the marvelous views as the sun goes down over the mountain late into the evening.

Golf: A must for golfers. You can enjoy marvellous views of the 13th green. Sipping cocktails by the pool watching them put out! All golf requirements throughout the costa del sol can be booked at a preferential rate. Please check there website for further details

We have just returned from the most amazing two week holiday EVER! We opted to marry in Spain as both our parents live there and of course this was the highlight, BUT it has to be said that the stay at the villa was the icing on the proverbial cake!

We opted to invite our brother and sister-in-law with their 3 year old to stay with us for a week as company for our son and it would have been possible (should we have wanted to) to have completely separate evenings due to the very well thought out layout. The two almost separate living quarters gave privacy that was not expected. The evenings were filled with cooking, music and wine whilst our little ones slept their hearts out (something to do with the Spanish air or tranquil environment, we think)...

Breathtaking views, stunning accommodation and so spacious that returning home felt like returning to a broom closet.

We truly had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

If you are considering Villa Maximilliano, but are still undecided, we hope that our heartfelt praise and recommendation will sway you in the right direction.

Amazing Villa, fantastic views and a heated pool! Very helpful customer service guide for everything (he organised a game of golf and found us 2 out the way restaurants) Better than any 5* hotel.

Shared it with another family and 3 kids in total, so much space we had a floor each!!!

Loved the villa and its serenity. Woke up each morning to a stunning view and loved watching the sun set in the evening. Was funny watching people playing golf on the 13th hole.

Very large and had everything you could wish for. The pool was heated which was perfect at this time of year.
Hotel was 8 mins walk which served the best food.

I went with a few friends and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as we had a mix of hedonism at the bars and then complete relaxation at the villa. I am going to recommend my sister and her family goes there next year.
I am def. going back



Thanks a million Max you are a star and Paul was the greatest as he looked after everything for us and nothing was to much trouble for him. A valuable asset

This place is amazing! The word Villa does not do it justice. If you are looking for the "Wow" factor then this is the one for you.
We had such a lovely holiday living the high life, just a shame it had to come to an end. Watching the sun go down over the mountains with a cold beer in hand is something we all got rather used to.
The fridge was stocked with essentials on arrival and the staff were extremely helpful, showing us how to use the sound system. A docking station for your ipod is not necessary as you simply plug your ipod in downstairs and then switch on the control panel in the room of your choice and have your music played out at the highest quality. This even works outside by the pool!

We are already planning our next trip for next year and would just like to thank Max and all of his staff for helping us to have a memorable holiday.

well where do i start,upon opening the door to this wonderful villa we knew immediatly that we had chosen wisely.the decor and space of the villa was astounding especialy the view from all rooms.everything you could wish for is here the games room, lounge area, swimming pool and patio area.getting up in the morning and relaxing on terrace looking at the views over golf course and mountains will stay with us forever.thank you max for all your assistance and the proffesional way you look after your guests.we will definately be back.regards graham.
