This is a spacious(156sq metres) luxury four bedroom self-catering villa within a golf and country club in Provence,overlooking the Luberon, with a private heated pool and a large south-facing garden. This Provencal villa sleeps eight and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It is ideal for summer holidays, whether you just want to relax around the pool, use it as a base for visiting the many historic sites in the area or take part in the various activities on site (including a wave pool, swimming pools, horse riding, tennis,mini farm, playground and kids' clubs). As the pool is heated it is also ideal for breaks at other times of year when the weather is often warm enough but the water would otherwise be too cool for swimming. Spring & Autumn are also a great time to play golf on the Pont Royal course(designed by Seve Ballesteros) or on the other courses in the area. The villa is situated in Provence overlooking the Luberon and between the historic towns of Avignon(44km) and Aix en Provence(32km).It is 41 km from Marseille airport and 10km from junction 26 on the A7(Senas). It is therefore an ideal base for sightseeing trips.As well as the above the Roman ruins in Arles,Nimes,Orange and the Pont du Gard are also within easy reach.For wine lovers the vineyards of Chateauneuf du Pape(55km) and Gigondas are also not far away. Mediterranean beaches are within one hour's drive and there is a large zoo 20 minutes away and a water park about 40 minutes drive.

Golf: The villa is situated within the Pont Royal Golf and Country club.The golf course was designed by Seve Ballesteros and is an 18 hole,par 72, 6307m course.It is one of the most highly rated in Southern France, hosting a masters event in October for European professionals and is open to the public, the green fees being € 52 in low and mid season and € 68 in high season. There is also an excellent clubhouse and restaurant that has an extensive wine list at affordable prices.
