The apartment is in a beautiful newly built beachfront resort with communal swimming pool and pleasant landscaped garden. The resort is directly over-looking the beautiful Calis beach known for its amazing sunset which can be enjoyed from the apartment's balcony or the poolside. The site is quiet, making it ideal for couples who want to enjoy a romantic holiday. It is also ideal for families. The apartment is 2 bedroom, furnished to a very high standard. It has independent air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms, lounge/dining area and kitchen. It provides self-catering facilities and the dining table can sit six people. The master bedroom is provided with en-suite bathroom with combined bath and shower facilities. It also has a king size bed for comfort. The second bedroom has a separate bathroom provided with shower, WC and hand basin facilities. There is also a sofa bed which can sleep two young people, making the apartment ideal for a family of six. Seeing is believing.

The apartment is located in a newly built holiday resort (Sunset Beach) that sits right on the Calis Beach seafront. Calis Beach is famous for its spectacular sunsets, cooling afternoon breezes and the beautiful long beach of sand and shingle. The vehicle-free promenade along the beach is lined with numerous Bars, Restaurants and Shops providing excellent food and quality service. The nearest large town of Fethiye is only 4km along the coast. It takes only 10 minutes by dolmus (local bus) and 15 minutes by boat-taxi. Fethiye is Turkey's premier scuba diving location and caters for all types of divers. It is good for shops, nightlife and boat trips from its marina to places like the Twelve islands. Oludeniz with its famous beach resort is 16 km away; it is good for paragliding. Gocek with its marina and market is just about 20 km away. The Aqua Park is nearby the Calis beach and is great for the kids. You can haggle for bargains at the large Calis Sunday Market or Tuesday Fethiye Market

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required within two weeks (to secure the booking) and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to start of rental. A £150 refundable security deposit is payable with the balance, and will be refunded within 14 days of end of rental period, subject to satisfactory report from our representative.
  • There will be a charge of 58 euros for cleaning the apartment in the middle and at the end of your stay. This will be payable to the managing agents during the holiday. An end of term cleaning can be arranged for guests willing to stay for only one week for a fee of 40 euros.

Notes on Travel and Accommodation: Dalaman airport is 40 km (45 mins) away. Transfers can be arranged at a cost of 80 euros return for 1-3 people in a car and 126 euros for 4-8 people. Return transfer fees are payable in euros to our representatives who will hand over the keys and act as your point of contact during your holidays. Fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, First Aid box and security box (safe) are provided in the apartment. Please Note: There is a £10 visa fee (covers 3 months) payable at the airport on arrival. 'Dolmus' minibuses provide a cheap reliable and frequent service to the nearby places of interest (no need for car hire). The cost is 1.5 YTL (Turkish Lira) per drop. Dolmus water taxis are a pleasant way to cross between the Calis and Fethiye Bays. There are numerous local bus and coach trips available to many places of interest. A tour of the 12 islands in organised boat trips and jeep safari trips are available at reasonable prices.

Just back from 2 wonderful weeks at this apartment, everything you could need for a great holiday was at the apartment, this is a well run complex, everyone very friendly and helpful, nothing ever a problem. Calis really is a lovely little place that is only a 10 minute stroll from the complex and has lots of shops, bars/restaurants, especiallly the Mexican/Italian along the promenade, (worth a visit) A taxi boat ride into Fethiye was fun, as is the Dolmus journeys! The Calis sunset is absolutely breathtaking and never failed to impress us each night., we even had our meal sitting on the beach one night at the Surf Club (opposite the complex.)A wonderful holiday had by all our family.

Excellent would love to stay again

This holiday was amazing, The quality of the apartment was outstanding and above expectation. It is ideally located; a very short walk to the beach (you can see it from your patio) and there are swimming pools right outside your patio doors.
Calis promenade is a short, relaxing walk along the beach where you can choose from a variety of very reasonably priced restaurants with very friendly locals.
The property and the beach club itself offer excellent views out across the deep blue sea, especially at sunset. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer many relaxing treatments at the resort and the Turkish Bath is one not to be missed.
The property owner, Nelson, was also helpful in ensuring we settled in and answered our queries promptly.
I would recommend this apartment to friends, It was an enjoyable stay.

Great Holiday Venue

My first comments concern the owner, Nelson is very friendly and always willing to help and responds promptly to any questions you may have.
The property itself is in an ideal location close to the beach and a few paces from the pool. It is extremely well equipped and very clean. The rooms are spacious, bright and modern. The place offers relaxation and comfort to a high standard.
The on site staff are friendly and always available to help. The pool side bar is well stocked and has a nice view over looking the beach.
A short walk away are a good selection of nice restaurants and bars. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food we had during our holiday.
The Dolmus bus service was great, for a price of 1.5TYL you can travel virtually anywhere along the coast and they run frequently.
We did hire a car for a couple of days but it was not really necessary.
Olu Deniz is worth a visit, we managed to swim in the famous blue lagoon accompanied by a number of huge turtles. We were fortunate because it can get very crowded.
Everything is within walking distance including a good array of beach activities (Para gliding, surfing, water skiing).
However I must say if its a relaxing holiday you want then there is no need to venture too far from the apartment. The much heralded sunsets are true and deserve their reputation as being quite stunning.
My daughter and I had an excellent holiday and would highly recommend this property.

From the time we stepped out of the airport our holiday was perfect. The Apartment was lovely equipped with everything we needed and a great position just 20 paces away from the pool. the complex is great and we were able to start the holiday with an authentic Turkish Bath on site (bliss) great bar serving excellant food. We even had our own waiter when on the beach. Everything in walking distance, restaurants bars shops. A trip to Fethiye on the water Taxi a must. And hire your own private Boat for the day cruising the numerous bays and lunch cooked on board . The best day. I would recommend this property TIME AND TIME AGAIN. With Calis still remaining a pretty undiscovered jewel. I will be definately visiting again.

Wonderful!!

It was a two weeks wonderful holyday trip in a wonderful area. The apartment was large, very clean and quiet as promised on internet. We did not miss anything. It were just 4 steps and you can spring into the pool or a one minute walk to the beach. The beautiful sunsets every night was the most greatest experience. You can see not sick and tired.
Everything was nice: the facility, the weather, the sea, the environment and of course the Turkish people!
The staff is very very friendly and helpful. Every evening we went to Calis or Fethiye (by dolmus), there are nice restaurants and bars with life music. A must is one day on boat tour!
The support by the owner Nelson was perfect!
We have enjoyed this holyday and will certainly return.
