Your home is within a beautifully restored old stone farmhouse in its own private gardens surrounded by the magnificent and unspoilt countryside for which this region is justly famous. Your playground is one of France's best kept secrets, where beautiful villages and delightful townships vie with dramatic countryside and spectacular gorges for your attention. The farmhouse has been developed to provide four chic and stylish apartments that combine the luxuries of modern living with local flavour and tradition. They are all of different sizes and boast different themes while sharing the heated infinity swimming pool, barbecue and petanque areas. The apartments can be rented individually or collectively.

Specification:- American fridge – dishwasher – washing machine – electric oven and hob – microwave – cable TV – hi-fi – DVD player. With its yellow colour scheme, you’ll understand why this apartment is named after the French word for buttercup! Spacious, light and airy, the largest of the four, stretching to some 140 square metres of internal space plus as additional terrace of 30 sq m. This overlooks the stunning wooded hillsides and private gardens which include the 13 x 6 metre heated swimming pool. The renovation of the stone farmhouse, some of which dates back to the 14th century, has been tasteful and respectful, with some rooms still displaying the traditional coved ceilings. The large hand-painted Provencal kitchen is fully fitted with an American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hobs and a microwave oven. Plenty of cupboards

Ardeche offers plenty of sports . Locally, in Aubenas, there is go-karting, horse riding, tree climbing as well as quad-biking. Mountain bikes can be hired. The mountains offer excellent trails for mountain biking. There is no shortage of walking locations for ramblers either. Canoeing or kayaking gently down the river discovering all the wildlife along the way is a magical experience. Swimming with wild ducks feeding only a few metres away is a wonderful experience! A famous point along the river not to be missed is the Vallon Pont D’Arc, a natural stone bridge across the canyon. It is about 30m high and 50m wide. One of the natural wonders of the South of France.
