Your home is within a beautifully restored old stone farmhouse in its own private gardens surrounded by the magnificent and unspoilt countryside for which this region is justly famous. Your playground is one of France's best kept secrets, where beautiful villages and delightful townships vie with dramatic countryside and spectacular gorges for your attention. The farmhouse has been developed to provide four chic and stylish apartments that combine the luxuries of modern living with local flavour and tradition. They are all of different sizes and boast different themes while sharing the heated infinity swimming pool, barbecue and petanque areas. The apartments can be rented individually or collectively.

Sleeps:- 8 Featuring:- 3 bedrooms. 1 master with king size bed, 1 other with king size bed and 1 with a king which can make 2 singles plus 2 bunk beds Mezzanine lounge, dining area, kitchen. Bathrooms:- 1 family, 1 en suite Specification:- American fridge – dishwasher – washing machine – electric oven and hob – microwave – satellite TV – hi-fi – DVD player. Sleeping 8 people, it has three bedrooms with one en suite and two others which have their own bathroom between them. A unique feature is the large mezzanine lounge overlooking the kitchen and dining area with onward views on to the terrace, gardens and valley. The lounge contains a log burning fireplace as well as a sofa and one armchair, satellite TV with multi language channels, a hi-fi and a DVD player. A second sofa can be converted to become a single bed. The dining area has a round table which can comfortably seat 8 people within the fully fitted and hand painted Provencal kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted.

Ardeche offers plenty of sports . Locally, in Aubenas, there is go-karting, horse riding, tree climbing as well as quad-biking. Mountain bikes can be hired. The mountains offer excellent trails for mountain biking. There is no shortage of walking locations for ramblers either. Canoeing or kayaking gently down the river discovering all the wildlife along the way is a magical experience. Swimming with wild ducks feeding only a few metres away is a wonderful experience! A famous point along the river not to be missed is the Vallon Pont D’Arc, a natural stone bridge across the canyon. It is about 30m high and 50m wide. One of the natural wonders of the South of France.
