Set deep in the majestic southern Ardeche, away from the tourist hotspots and ex-pat enclaves, this is la vie franchise at its finest. Your home is within a beautifully restored old stone farmhouse in its own private gardens surrounded by the magnificent and unspoilt countryside for which this region is justly famous. Your playground is one of France's best kept secrets, where beautiful villages and delightful townships vie with dramatic countryside and spectacular gorges for your attention. The farmhouse has been developed to provide four chic and stylish apartments that combine the luxuries of modern living with local flavour and tradition. They are all of different sizes and boast different themes while sharing the heated infinity swimming pool, barbecue and petanque areas. The apartments can be rented individually or collectively.

Sleeps:- 6-8. Featuring:- 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen. Bathrooms:- 1 family. Specification:- American fridge – dishwasher – washing machine – electric oven and hob – microwave – satellite TV – hi-fi – DVD player. Le Bleuet translates as a cornflower in English which explains the blue theme of the apartment. This two bedroom apartment boasts an enormous terrace with views over the gardens and swimming pool and will comfortably sleep 5 although it can quite easily accommodate 7 guests. On entering the apartment you have a lounge with two settees, one of which can be converted in to a double bed. Under floor heating ensures that you can be warm in the cooler months. A TV with several languages available, including English, and a DVD player and hi-fi unit provide entertainment when you want to spend time in the apartment. There is also a separate WC. From the lounge you step down in to the kitchen and dining room. Here you have a large original fireplace.

Ardeche offers plenty of sports . Locally, in Aubenas, there is go-karting, horse riding, tree climbing as well as quad-biking. Mountain bikes can be hired. The mountains offer excellent trails for mountain biking. There is no shortage of walking locations for ramblers either. Canoeing or kayaking gently down the river discovering all the wildlife along the way is a magical experience. Swimming with wild ducks feeding only a few metres away is a wonderful experience! A famous point along the river not to be missed is the Vallon Pont D’Arc, a natural stone bridge across the canyon. It is about 30m high and 50m wide. One of the natural wonders of the South of France.
