This apartment is first class and brand new. Compare staying here with staying in a Disney Hotel and you will be astonished. Half the price of a 'moderate' Disney Resort but twice as much space as a 'Deluxe' Resort. Not only will you be saving money but you will also have the benefit of two bathrooms and two bedrooms rather than the one you will get in Disney. You also have the benefit of leaving the Disney 'Estate' every day, trust me you will be glad you did! Great though Disney is it does you good to get a break. If you are worried that you might be missing out we recommend that for the ideal holiday you book for a week or two here and then with just a small part of the money you have saved book yourselves into the best Disney Hotel you can afford for one last night 'blowout' with the full character breakfast etc. as a special treat and a surprise for the children.

Just yards from the '192' you have easy access to all local resorts. Enjoy fantastic days at any of the Disney parks or Universal Studios, Cape Kennedy, the Gulf Coast or the Atlantic Coast. We will provide you with a full guide to enjoy before you get there. The driving is easy, the natives are friendly and the weather is fabulous. Oh and did I mention that the $ is cheap so don't forget to leave time to visit some of the fabulous shopping malls? They make the Trafford Centre and Bluewater look like your local corner shops!

  • We do not charge extra for 6 guests but do note that 4 guests would of course be more comfortable. We do own the neighbouring condos so if you think you may require more space then do ask, I may well do a special deal for you on a second condo. See our other entries on this site.

    If you require a cot or baby seat then do let me know please. One will be waiting for you on your arrival, no charge.
  • • Welcome pack can be provided on arrival so that you have all essentials for your first evening and breakfast
    • We can arrange to have you collected from the airport if you wish
    • English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions, fix any problems and provide advice should any problems arise.
    • The condo with be cleaned and fresh linen and towels will be supplied before your arrival.
  • I will ask for a 10% or minimum of £50 non-refundable deposit when you confirm your booking and will ask for the the balance due 8 weeks before you travel. This is to ensure that if anyone cancels I have an opportunity to offer the condo for rent elsewhere.

Notes: This condo comes fully equipped with fresh linen and towels. Less than 100 yards from shops and a series of restaurants so if you do not feel like self-catering there is no problem. Each condo has the benefit of a balcony, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms, TV etc you will feel very much at home (assuming of course that your home is constantly bathed in sunshine and you live within minutes of the world's top tourist destinations!). Also within the community you are just yards from the shared swimming pool and Jacuzzi where you will also find a 3,700 sq ft clubhouse with a communal kitchen, a playroom with pool table etc, a well equipped gym and a sauna.

The Florida/Orlando Disney Area: What can we say? This is the number one holiday destination in the entire world, and no wonder! There is something for everyone here. Kids and adults alike will love everything that Disney has to offer. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the brilliance of the rides. Come and be entertained, educated, thrilled, whatever you want to do you can do it best here in Orlando. As well as Disney of course there are the Universal Studio parks, Sea World (my favourite), many water parks, Busch Gardens etc. etc. The list is endless. Play Golf? Spoilt for choice, there are perhaps as many as 20 courses within a 15 minute drive of this condo, including the famous Faldo Gold Academy if you fancy brushing up on some of your skills.

Hi Richard We arrived home on Sun from our holiday in Florida. What an anamzing time we had. I would just like to say how we loved the condo, it was absolutely lovely. More than I expected. I think I loved the fridge the best! The pool area was great too! The location was perfect not to far from anything, but far enough for a little bit piece and quiet. I have recommended to you to a few friends, and we are going to look at our finances for next year. You have been a great help before we went and while we were there, thank you for the text messages. We cannot thank you enough. Wow! What a wonderful apartment. The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Spacious and comfortable. Everything you could ever want and more including Internet connection and cable TV showing some of the latest film releases. The accommodation has a real feel of quality and is very tastefully decorated. Fantastic location only yards from the H192 and we made use of all the great (free) facilities; pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and games room. Why stay in the grotty International Drive motels etc when you can live the life of luxury for not that much more. Many thanks & kindest of regards Ty Johnson

Just arrived home after a very hectic holiday but staying in such a comfortable, clean and well equiped condo made all the difference. It is ideally placed for all the parks and with plenty of resturants just over the road. Why would anyone choose their holiday at a travel agents when condos like this are available and so much cheaper, i would definatly recomend staying here to everyone.

Excellent Condo - exactly as described!

We've just returned from a great holiday in Orlando. The condo is exactly as described in the advert and is in a perfect position for visiting all the theme parks and other attractions that Orlando has to offer. Very clean and comfortable with extremely helpful local managing agents.For us, a family of four with two daughters aged 13 and 16 it was perfect! We had 14 day tickets for WDW and 14 day Flexticket for the other Orlando attractions and had a very full on, hectic holiday. It was really great to have such a nice appartment to return to after our hectic days and nights! It was also perfectly located as sometimes we did more than one theme park in one day with a break in between back at the condo. Would definitely recommend this condo - we will return but need a quieter holiday first!

The condo was everything we expected based on the description reviewed on the Holiday-Rentals web site. The owner provided excellent communication during the entire rental process. The property was clean, well-maintained, actually the condo was like new. We will certainly recommend this property to friends and family. In addition we will stay at the condo on our next trip to the Magic Kingdom. The condo was super close to the attractions, restaurants, and everything one could desire during one's stay. Staying at the condo was much better than staying in a motel room, everyone had much more space to spread out and relax.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed twelve nights at this property and can say emphatically that we'd highly recommend it. From the beginning of our search for a place to stay, we were treated like we mattered. Our search for availability was promptly answered, as were all subsequent emails concerning method of payment, parking, in-house supplies for cooking and bedding, etc. We were in constant contact with the owner, who was most helpful with any and all questions. When we arrived we found the access code for the key box to be accurate (not always the case!), the condo to be very clean and ready for occupancy, the property as a whole to be very accommodating and pleasant. Questions that we had re: online access to the internet were promptly taken care of. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The clubhouse facility was kept in excellent condition. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a delight to use. Proximity to Wal Mart for groceries and to many area restaurants for dining out was a bonus. The many ducks, herons and even cranes that visited the pond area helped to create a "natural" atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay at Cane Island.

We stayed in the Condo in June with the kids & loved it so much we came back for a week without the kids in October. You will not find a better place to stay at in Kissimmee. The description, layout, amenities are first class, We would recommend this property for familes and couples. Jon & Tracy (Worksop)
