The house is ideally located, close to the beach, close walk to the town and near the hubs of cafes, restaurants and other activities. Exactly as described on the website and the management were superb to deal with in getting contracts signed, payments processed etc. A real comfortable feel to the house, with great facilities on the roof terrace, living areas and garage. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday in Santa Monica and this house made for a happy, comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
