The 2005 built 2 storey property is situated within a private gated community. 'The Hamlet At Westhaven' has a 24hr guarded entrance gate with access limited to guests and owners, offering the communal tennis courts,gym,volleyball, large swimming pool and children's play area, a secure reassuring environment for your stay. The property comprises of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a large balcony with stunning views and 2 other very comfortable twin bedded rooms. There is a futon sofa bed in the living room and 2 communal bathrooms. All bedroom's are fitted with T.V.s and the main living area has T.V. and PlayStation. The living areas consist of a modern, spacious open plan, pool side family room, a large living and dining room with dining seating for 6, a centrally located fully fitted kitchen and seated serving area, and a breakfast bay with seating for 4. The fully air conditioned property also has a utility / laundry room and games room.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We do not charge extra per guest. This rate covers up to 12 guests and includes cleaning at the end of your stay. In addition to the above rates we seek £100 breakages deposit before you travel, this to be returned within two weeks of the end of your holiday subject to nothing having been broken. A minimum of 10%/£50 (whichever is the greater amount) is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid no less than eight weeks before you travel, this to include the breakages deposit. If you require a cot or highchair then do let me know please. I will arrange for one to be waiting for you on your arrival. The cost is $35 / £25 each per week.

    Pool heat (optional) is $150 / £90 per week.
  • Late deals available. Special rates for long stay/snowbirds (3+ weeks). Discounts available for repeat bookings.

How to get there: Fly to Florida. Westhaven is a 30 minute drive from Orlando international Airport . Take McCoy road west to Sand Lake road and turn west on to junction 74A onto interstate 4. Leave interstate 4 at junction 64B and go west on U.S. highway 192 until it meets U.S. highway 27. Continue south on U.S. highway 27 until it meets the 54 on the left. Westhaven is on the right.
