This unique special apartment has been totally reformed by Belgian Designer Theo Vanlingen. The fittings and furnishings are contemporary & stylish with special creative lighting effects, lovely at night!. There is a balcony off the bedroom overlooking the pool and a private, terrace off the lounge, both furnished with the best quality contemporary chocolate coloured outdoor wicker furniture. Bus terminal and market nearby. 5 min to Siam Park in taxi, approx 6 euros. Only approx.15 mins from Tenerife South airport. Taxi from/to airport approx 22-25 euros. Personal private car transfers can be arranged for 2 pax, from airport to accommodation on arrival and from accommodation to airport on arrival, includes assistance to/ from apartment with luggage.

Notes: British TV channels and satellite tv including 2 movie channels. 2 osilating cooling fans are provided. and also a powerful hairdryer. There is a childrens pool. There is a pool bar/snack bar on the complex serving all day breakfasts! The full English breakfasts are excellent, using British products and good British bacon! There is only 1 set of stairs to walk to the apartment. Pool / beach towels are not provided. The apartment will be cleaned and prepared for guests arrival with a set of towels in the bathroom, an extra set of towels for midweek changeover will also be left. Cleaning and further linen changes are provided every 7 days, if additional linen changes are required this can be arranged at an extra cost. Welcome drinks are provided for your arrival. We can arrange Champagne, flowers / fruit etc...for special occasions. For late flights home we will try our best to accommodate a later check out providing that new guests are not arriving the same day.

GOLF: Located close to Costa Adeje Golf, where the Spanish Open was hosted, frequented by many well known sporting and TV personality's ! Las Americas Golf and La Caleta Golf are also nearby.

WATER PARKS & CHILDRENS ENTERTAINMENT: Located close to many theme parks and the newest Siam Park which is amazing, it is the largest water park in Europe with something for all the family. There is crazy golf, trampolining, bowling, go karting, watersports, amusements and internet cafe's (for MSN addicts!) nearby. Also excursions to horse riding, camel riding , theme parks and boats/catermerans (to see dolphins) and the mega blaster speed boat which reports to being the only one in Europe!

SPA'S, DESIGNER SHOPPING AND EXCLUSIVE RESTAURANTS: If you are looking for a special break with access to lovely spas, then there are many in close walking distance. Designer shopping is 5 minutes walk in the new Plaza Del Duque and at the Safari Commercial centre which is around 10 euros away in a taxi! There are many lovely restaurants and exclusive lounge bars a short walk away and many a short taxi ride away. This makes a good choice for all types of holiday, for younger couples, more mature couples and families.

Golf: AIRPORT TRANSFERS we can arrange private car transfers on behalf of guests. There are plenty of taxis at the airport, therefore it isn't neccessary to pre-book taxis. The journey is approximatley 15/20 minutes and the cost is approximatley 22-25 euros. There is a taxi rank directly outside Yucca Park, so there is no problem on return journey's.

7 More Days Would Have Been Ideal!

My friend and I went to Yucca Park looking for a week of sunshine and total relaxation. We found both but a lot more. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, immaculately maintained and the high ceilings made it very light and airy. We followed the advice of the owners and spent some time in Del Duque and also followed the recommendations in terms of restaurants and bars in Playa de las Americas - all the advice was first class and we had a fabulous time. My favourite restaurant was Bianco in the Safari Centre in Playa and I would highly recommend it. Well done, Stewart and Beverly.

fantastic apartment

I have just arrived back from the most wonderful holiday in tenerife with my husband and daughter age 13. This apartment was first class, what you see in the photos is what you get. Pure luxury the furniture was so different from the usual wooden ones you would normally get in accomodation, but not here bright and very modern. Beverly the owner was so helpful and answered any queries also very friendly. There was also a folder with all the information about the complex and the are ie walks, resturants etc great reading.
The complex was kept very clean, it was very busy when we were there. you cant get sunbeds till 9.30am which is great that you dont have to get up early to reserve them. only 1 day out of 14 did we not manage to get a sunbed.Also the bar on the complex ran by Colin and his wife was great for breakfast, snacks and meals. Colin was so friendly and his wife done all the home made cooking i.e. burgers, pies, baps etc. Fanabe itself is amazing, you can have it as lively as you want or quiet. The walks to del duque are wonderful with lovely shops, cafes, bars and resturants to explore. Also los cristonas has wonderful old fashion streets and great beach.
The siam park is a must but go first thing as very busy come lunchtime...I would like to reccommend a few places to visit the Offshore bar behind the sunwing apts 5min walk from the yucca great frosted glasses for the beer, amazing glass o rose on ice for only 3euros, also try the cheesy chips out of this world. across from the yucca is cafe steps great liquer coffees. cocktails, beers good for a nitecap to end the night with lovely views down to the beach! there are so many resturants to choose from the good and bad so beware.... One great wee place called Miano eis cafe great service and food. and a great new mexican in trovicas area on the beach only opend 8 weeks fantastic steaks and sweets to die for called Casa Mexicana defo reccommend this.If you want something special the CoeurdeFilet near the playa bar is beautiful. These are only a few theres so many...
I have to thank Beverly for allowing us to stay at her apartment which defo made our holiday just perfect, also the fans supplied where great as it was very hot and we needed them.
Thank you so much for a wonderful time and we will be back!!!!!!!

Fantastic stylish apartment, as good as it looks!

The owner Beverley was most helpful. The guide book in the apartment was brilliant - our bible! It guided us to lots of really lovely restaurants, on a great walk, to the best water park ever (Siam Park) and to Faro and Magic which were great places for 30 somethings to go late at night after a meal.

Situated close to Playa del Duque, an upmarket beach resort with amazing restaurants and lounge bars.

The pool at the complex was lovely too for a swim, really deep and just a few steps away from the apartment.

Within a short taxi ride of more fantastic restaurants at Safari in Playa de las Americas.

Highly recommended!

Stylish Apartment in a Fantastic Resort

This apartment really is as fantastic as it looks! It has been completed to a very high standard and is very tastefully furnished. A real treat to stay there. Made our holiday!

My sister, best friend and I (all in our 30's) spent the first week in June at the apartment and had an amazing holiday.

The guide book put together by the owners ensured we tried lots of gorgeous restaurants.The suggested walk to La Caleta was great, we had a lovely meal there too!

Beverly the owner was most helpful in arranging our stay.

Playa del Duque is a beautiful beach with a wonderful promenade of restaurants and lounge bars. Far better than Fanabe!

Siam Water Park really is a brilliant day out, we actually walked there but there is a free bus.

We also really enjoyed the restaurants at the Safari Centre in Playa de Las Americas, which was only a short taxi ride away. "Magic" across the road was fun too for after our meal.

Faro in Fanabe is also an amazing place to go after midnight ... once you can manage to find your way in! The roof top terrace has stunning views and a great atmosphere late on.

This apartment is highly recommended and is in a fabulous location.

Yucca Park apartment

This property was exactly as described by the owner - unique, luxurious and contemporary. The location was ideal, a lovely 10 - 15 minute walk along the coast to the beautiful Playa del Duque and it's many stylish and tasteful bars and restaurants with an outstanding beach, kept immaculately clean all day long. Plenty of facilities close by including shops and a few reastaurants well worth visiting, especially the Gran Reserva and Couer de Filet.

The complex was well kept and "mostly" quiet with one or two slight exceptions, but I think this was probably a one off. Colin who runs the pool snack bar was a great guy who provided good, fresh home cooked food, the prices of which were not too expensive.

The apartment itself really is in a class of it's own. Very stylish, but also very very relaxing with subtle lighting and very calming colours. A nice touch was the DVDs and CDs provided by the owner for your own use whilst staying in the apartment. The apartment is in a nice position with two balconies, one of which overlooks the pool. The owner provides lot of very useful information about the local area and where to eat and visit etc.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family and will definitely be going back.
