Stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with communal pool ideal for your holidays.This is a small 27 apartment development with a secure entry system. Beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard including hot/cold air-conditioning, TV, DVD with DVDs,books, magazines & more. Kitchen comprises fridge/freezer, oven/hob, toaster, kettle etc. Washing machine along with all laundry essentials. Large balcony with table and chairs off the main living accommodation and solarium off the large first floor bedroom with sun loungers, parasol and views of the mountains. Parking is available at the front of the property. Communal pool for the exclusive use of guests/residents of the development. The Mar Menor beaches are a short 15 minute drive, ideal for families as the water is calmer and warmer than the Mediterranean. The sea here is famous for its therapeutic waters. Golf lovers have a selection of courses in the area, Roda Golf Resort ,Villa Martin, & La Manga to name a few

In a tranquil area but near to all facilities. Within 5-10 minutes drive you can get to Murcia airport, numerous beaches, restaurants, shops & 20 golf courses. The nearest cities are Cartagena which is 20 minutes drive & Murcia which is 30 minutes drive. The Mar Menor which is a big lagoon cut off from the Mediterranean is 10 minutes drive. It is shallow for quite a way out with very gentle waves so it is safe for children. The water temperature in the summer can reach 30 degrees. The beach area stretches for 7 kilometres and has been given 4 EC blue flags. The area is partly protected land so it is not too build up. There are quiet areas for walkers as well as commercial shopping centres nearby. There is also Terra Natura within 30 minutes drive which is an animal park where some of the profits go to animal protection. it also has a water park attached to it, you can fly to Murcia with various airlines including Monarch, Easyjet, Ryanair & Jet2. Car hire rates start at £65 off peak.

Golf Heaven: There are over 20 golf courses within a 30 minute drive, most of the courses are new, however there are a few well established courses such as Villa Martin, Las ramblas & La Finca. The nearest course to San Cayetano is the stunning new Roda golf & beach resort which is just a 10 minute drive away, the opening hole is a gentle 500 metre par 5 to loosen you up for the rest of the round. San Cayetano is in the middle of the Polaris World golf area with La Torre a 15 minute drive away. There is also the La Manga complex a 30 minute drive away with it's many sports including 3 amazing championship courses which will suite all handicaps.

My party of 5 went for a long weekend to this apartment in March and was amazed at what good value it turned out to be. We had the pool (including the kids pool) to ourselves and made use of the bar-b-que (Large George Forman) on the huge sun terrace.The facilities in the apartment were new and modern and everything you would need ( i wish i had a bedroom as good at home) Whilst the village was quiet in March the pub and a couple of local Spanish bars were open along with the cake shop and hairdressers. It is in a very rural setting so a car is a must but only 10mins from the gorgeous beach and busy town of Los Alcazar. We were given easy to follow directions from the airport which again is only 15 mins away. I would definately recommend it and we will be going back again. Jean
