Stunning central location in St Malo. Luxury double aspect 4th floor apartment in main shopping/restaurant district. To sleep up to four adults in two double rooms. One having superb antique four poster bed. Fully equipped kitchen complete with wine cooler, microwave, fridge freezer oven and hob. Living/dining room looking out over popular square with double balcony. TV and DVD with English channels. Wonderful period features. Sorry but no children,smokers or pets. Sadly no disabled access as no lift, but worth the walk. 15 minutes walk from ferry terminal. 2 mins to sea. St Malo unlike many towns in France is open 7 days a week 364 days per year, and offers a wonderful romantic and gourmet holiday. Great walks on wonderful beaches. Wonderful balcony views over busy square. Duel aspect with views over cathedral.

Beautiful fully equipped interior, with microwave/washer dryer and English TV/DVD.

Full amount payable within 21 days prior to arrival, unless late booking. Cheques made in sterling based on Travelex exchange rates at time of payment. We hold a £100 or 100Euros deposit cheque which refundable on confirmation of return of key and no damages. We would ask that the apartment be left in good order to avoid any extra cleaning cost.
  • Payment made by Credit Card via pay pal require an additional charge of £10 per transaction.
    A Compulsory charge of 20 Euros per Room is made for Linen

Great St Malo Experience

St Malo is a wonderful location to spend some time in and this apartment is the best place to experience it. It is right in the heart of the corsair old town and has lovely restaurants and bars nearby.
The apartment is really beautifully decorated and is so comfortable it is a real home from home. The main bedroom is like something from a story book and the second bedroom has an amazingly comfortable bed. The views from the rooms are great, from each side of the apartment there is loads to see and we certainly enjoyed having a glass of vino or two whilst in the beautiful sitting room with the balcony dooors open listening to the sounds of the street. We have stayed in this apartment on numerous occasions and are looking forward to returning there in the very near future.

We found the owner of the apartment very nice to deal with, both helpful and flexible.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Beautifull holiday home

A nice and quiet place in the middle of St Malo. You are close to everything, shops, beach and restaurants and yet it is quiet because its on the 4. floor. The appartment is lovely decorated and it is well equiped.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Perfect Holiday Experience

My party of 3 guests and I have just returned from visiting Saint Malo and have had the please of spending the week in this fantastic property.

It is ideally situated with all the facilities you could need on your doorstep... bars, restaurants, supermarket, boulangerie and all the sites of the town.

The only down side to this apartment is that it was so comfortable we didn't wan to leave!

I would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone and I know I will definitely be back in the future.
