This luxurious villa is set in an exclusive complex in Los Cristianos. Your privacy is assured as the entrance is by electric gate. Newly constructed to the highest standard. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an alfresco dining area and private pool (heating available). A garage is also at your disposal. The 4 bedrooms include a double master bedroom with full ensuite with bath & power shower, a twin room and 2 single rooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The ground floor doors have all been widened and a wet room with rails is next to the ground floor bedroom. The luxurious lounge offers cream leather sitting for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with electrical appliances and has a dining area for 6. A second dining area is on the covered patio again for 6 with BBQ. 6 cushioned sun loungers and 3 parasols are sited around the pool & patio.

Close by is a supermarket, shops, bars & restaurants. The cosmopolitan shopping & dining area of Los Cristianos Centre is a 3 minute drive away. Also within a 3 minute drive are sandy beaches of Los Cristianos and its beautiful harbour where you can scuba dive, hire boats or take a boat trip to see the whales & dolphins. 5 golf courses are within a 10 minute drive inc the courses of Golf del Sur, Los Americas & Amarilla.
