In an intensely romantic setting, these 5 self-catering apartments are well-spaced from each other, A + C occupying the entire 1st floor, B + D occupying the entire ground floor, each apartment separated by spacious hall-ways, and E in a position on its own, annexed at the end of the house. Hewn from the rocks, this majestic house looks over the pool and the magnificent, panoramic landscape, embracing monasteries, olive groves, woods, vineyards, fields of poppies, cherry orchards and hill-top villages, furling and unfolding through valleys and across a grand plain towards Assisi. If you are seeking solace, an intimate experience with Nature, fun and frolics by the pool, a place within easy reach of “the bright lights”, a private chef or all Italian experience in a local restaurant, 4 miles away, attended by the rich and famous as well as the local farmers, then, Villa Marianna is for you.

This apartment is really cute. It has 1 square, medium sized, sitting/dining room, with a fully fitted kitchen. From both of its 2 large windows are amazingly beautiful panoramic views that overlook the pool, the vineyards, the olive groves and give way to a vast landscape with valleys, mountains and woods that undulate, cascade and writhe towards Assisi, embracing every famous hill-top city you can think of....... Spoleto, Spello, Trevi, Orvieto, Perugia and Montefalco, in its sweep. Simply, but, elegantly, furnished, this apartment is perfect for lovers. The bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious shower room. This apartment is perfect for those who wish for tranquility and privacy, since it is at the front of the house, slightly set apart from the other apartments. The private patio has sensational panoramic views, also overlooking the mountains and valleys towards Assisi.

Notes: APT A + APT C occupy the entire upper floor and, when booked together, create a totally private area because the spacious hall that divides these 2 apartments becomes part of a super-large apartment in a naturally 'privatised' area. Together, they can sleep up to 14 persons. APT B + APT D occupy the entire ground floor. Together, they can sleep up to 12 persons. APT E in an annex at the front end of the house and can sleep up to 3 persons. For the elderly or infirm, you can drive a car to next to the pool via a separate lane. Inside the house, if you book APT B, D or E, everything is on 1 level - no stairs. The football sized, sandy area next to the pool has swings, climbing frames and slides - perfect for children. Meals by arrangement with private chef in the 'cucina contadino' - only fresh local produce used, often including truffle + meats, washed down by unlimited amounts of house wine, red or white, + water, for about 20 euros for dinner or 10 euros for lunch.
