Within 30m from the pebble beach of the most beautiful and nicest part of the Como Lake, in Lierna, you will find this spacious and recently furnished apartment (on 3 levels, 310m2). The house (divided into 3 apartments) was totally renovated in February 2005. The lay out is qualitative and new. For the guests, among other things are: 2 spacious balconies, 1 terrace garden and an enclosed parking area.

Ground Floor Apartment. The apartment has got an ample dining/living room with fireplace, two elegant and comfortable couches and TV sat. The kitchen is well equipped for 6 persons, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, juicer, toaster. An ample closet with washer, axle and iron, stretch laundry. The night part is divided from the day part by a door through which you enter a corridor, where you will find the three bedrooms and the bathroom: 1° bedroom with double bed, spacious closet, bedside tables with lamps. 2° bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be joined), ample closet, bedside tables with lamps. 3° bedroom with two single beds, ample closet, bedside tables with lamps. Elegant well-finished bathroom with double sink and double mirror, shower, inside but separated by a flowing door, bidet and WC.

Lierna is a small and typical village on Lake Como. Just 700 metres from the property you will find La Riva Bianca (the White Shore), one of the largest stone beaches on the Lake and just a stone’s throw from the house there is a wide selection of bars, shops and restaurants. For your trips in the Lake area you can easily reach Varenna (5 km), the whole Lake area and Milan catching the train and avoiding traffic by public means of transport, ferry, passenger boat and hydrofoil s and timetables) you can also easily reach Bellagio and many other towns & villages on the Lake. The area is also very good for winter sports: St Moritz is just a leisurely one hours car ride away.

For the guests, among the rest, we provide: 2 spacious balconies, 1 terrace garden and an enclosed parking area.

The location is ideal even for winter sports (the fashionable and exclusive St. Moritz being situated within 1hr drive) and you can easily travel to Milan by train, where you can do your shopping without being bothered about traffic and car parking: in Lierna there is a small and easy to reach train station. The public boat transport can quickly take you to Bellagio right on the other side of the lake. Not far from the house there is a restaurant called 'Il Crotto' where local specialities are still being prepared according to the old recipes (Handmade pasta, desserts etc.): we strongly recommend it! Famous actors like George Clooney often stay along the Como Lake. He bought 2 villas there; therefore take the chance to come across such famous celebrities in restaurants or other locations
