Our lovely Quality Townhouse in Balsicas available for LONG TERM or SHORT TERM rentals. Three Bedroom, Two Bathroom,Very comfortable Lounge and Dining Areas, Fitted Kitchen and Laundry, Front Patio, Solarium and Communal Pool. The house sleeps up to six persons. Our House is tastefully furnished and well presented. We have twin satellite TV receivers with British,Spanish and European programmes The house is fully fitted with with all the necessary furniture and equipment including air conditioning and heating Quiet location in Balsicas, close to the Beaches and nearby to the magnificent new Resort Golf Resorts. The House is close to Balsicas Railway Station with connections in Murcia to local and major destinations. About Balsicas: Come and stay in our quality Town House in Balsicas situated just five minutes walk to town centre. Balsicas is situated centre of the Murcia Plain famous for its wonderful farming produce, friendly local shops, bars and restaurants. The ancient Cathedral of Balsicas is in the middle of the town. Spanish are naturally the main residents in the area followed by North Africans, Irish, Scots and English holiday makers plus a fair proportion of ex pats.

Balsicas Town and Facilities: Balsicas has had many improvements over the year..... A hand ball pitch,a five a side soccer area,landscaped gardens,a youth, a drop in centre and cafe. Over the motorway (three mins) we have an Irish sports Bar,a Chinese restaurant,an excellent Indian Restaurant and a large typical Spanish Restaurant and Bar and bowling alley!!!

Transport iin Mucia: Travel in Murcia by car, hire car, bus service, taxis or the good old train, literally on our door!!

Golf: MURCIA has an abundance of new Championship Golf Courses, open to visitors all the year round at modest green fees prices - from 40-60 euros. All have wonderful facilities. Swimming pools, great Club Houses, excellent practice facilities, In house bars, restaurants and shops. Some courses have supermarkets, gym facilities and doctors surgeries. Theses resort facilities have 24 hour security and they on or near the Murcia motorway system. Within a 10 mile radius of Balsicas you can play; La Torre, La Serena, Roda Beach, El Valle, Mosa Trajectum, Mar Menor, Hacienda del Alamo and Hacienda del Requelme.
