This villa has all you need for the perfect holiday, from the large screened private pool, to the newly installed games room with table tennis and air hockey tables. The main lounge consists of 3 new recliner settees and a large 47 inch Satellite TV. There is also a DVD player and Wii games console. The second lounge area overlooking the pool has a further 2 settees and also accommodates a desk top computer with broadband internet and printer/scanner. The phone allows you to make free calls to the UK, US and Canada. There are 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom also has its own independent Satellite TV and en suite bathroom. The kitchen has all you need but if you decide to eat out, restaurants are only minutes away by car (as is a supermarket). The villa is located on a small quiet estate with an additional communal pool & tennis court. Disney is only 15 minutes, while Sea World and Universal are 30 minutes away.

This villa is ideally situated for all the theme parks and attractions. It is only a 15 minute drive from the gates of Disney so, if you wanted to, you could do a morning in the park, come back and relax around the pool and then return to the theme park for the fireworks in the evening. Disney has 4 theme parks,(Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios) Universal has 2 theme parks ( Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure ) and there is Sea World and in Tampa there is Busch Gardens. Then there are Disney's 2 water parks ( Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon) and Sea World's new Aquatica Park as well as the original water park, Wet and Wild. Nearby is Champion's Gate with its top class golf courses and Publix Supermarket, as well as banks and restaurants. 8 minutes drive away is an Applebees restaurant which is an excellent value steak house - our favourite! A bit further on, is a huge Walmart that appears to sell everything including theme park tickets.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A security deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking to secure the dates. This is refunded after your stay, once our management company has checked the house.
    The balance due then needs to be sent 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
    If you are staying during the cooler time of year, then you may want pool heating. This is only an extra £75 a week.
    In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel after paying the full amount, we will refund 50% but only if we have been able to relet the house for that time period.

Theme Parks: We have been visiting Florida for years now, so we have compiled a folder with the latest info and with some tips that might help your days go smoothly.

Golf Courses: Champion's Gate and the Ginn Reunion Resort are to name a few of the golf courses on the villa's doorstep. There are even two sets of golf clubs ,in the villa, that you can borrow!

Disabled/ Special Needs Children: Our son has autism and he loves Florida ! If you need any tips on how to make theme park trips easier with your special needs child, please ask. The airlines also are helpful and for instance, may let you board the plane either first or last. Our son is on a gluten and dairy free diet but we can buy alot of things out there and there are also restaurants where you can eat out.

Other Activities: Disney, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Water parks

Hemos disfrutado de esta preciosa casa durante 7 días. Nada más llegar a la casa tienes un archivador con todos los datos más importantes sobre la casa y toda la información necesaria de los alrededores. La casa es muy grande, especialmente acogedora y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en tu propia casa. La villa está ubicada a 15 min de los principales parques de Orlando, por lo que en apenas unos minutos estás en las taquillas.
La propiedad estaba muy limpia, en muy buen estado; consta de 4 habitaciones y 3 baños. Tiene lavadora, secadora, todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios, sofás reclinables muy cómodos ¡tiene hasta wii! La piscina es perfecta para cuando vienes agotado de caminar. El trato recibido por parte de los propietarios y por parte de la familia que gestiona la vivienda fue muy cordial, muy amable y colaborador.
Muy cerca de la propiedad hay un supermercado así que puedes hacer la compra muy fácilmente.
Hemos quedado encantados y si nos surge la ocasión... no dudaríamos en volver.
