Beautiful, comfortable light and airy second floor two bedroom apartment in a luxurious modern building with lift and video entry system. It is ideally located in the centre of London, close to Oxford Circus, Soho and the open space of Regents Park. This quiet, elegant and well equiped flat has a large sitting room, dining hall, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge, microwave and oven. The main bedroom has a king size bed whilst the second bedroom has a small double. The bathroom is well fitted with a good shower. The accommodation is ideal for three, maximum four people. This is the perfect base for enjoying all the activities of the throbbing heart of the metropolis including the culinary delights of Charlotte street and its neighbourhood.

A GREAT FLAT IN CENTRAL LONDON

This is a great place to stay in London. The location and the flat were just perfect for the four of us . The location could not be more central. The flat is beautiful and so comfortable. It has everything you need to feel at home. We were also very impressed by the very warm welcome of the owners who spent quite a bit of time telling us about the flat and also about the area. Their advise was very useful. By the way we had plenty of hot water contrary to a problem experienced by a past visitor. Once again many thanks.

Great apartment, clean, well maintained

Apartment was really good, well- maintained, clean,centrally located. Plenty of space for four of us. Two adults, two children (10and 14). The only big problem,which we were not aware of, was, that according to the Health Department's regulations water is heated only once in 24 hours,so we had enough hot water to shower only once a day, This was a major problem we were not told about. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend the apartment to a friend.
Owner's Response: Thank you for this very kind review. The issue of the hot water is because of health department's regulations the water is heated in a tank at night. The tank is big enough for several showers or even baths but if left running unnecessarily, it will run out and will need to be boosted to reheat before the following night. However, II should mention that this rarely happens if the water is used ecollogicaly.

A good birthday in Fitzrovia

Just the right place to stay in the center of London - everything is within walking dsitance. Situated in the vibrant area "Fitzrovia" with a multitude of good multi ethnic restaurants. The flat is clean and well appointed and quiet at night, even when the streets ouside are bustling with folk. It is very useful being able to access the internet freely from the flat.
Hope to stay there again soon - we had a great time.

This was a perfect location...better than I expected. The neighborhood was lovely.Plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from. Walking distance to Oxford Circus, Soho,Covent Garden,Regent Park. The apartment was clean,spacious,safe.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was the first time we rented a holiday appartment and it was just great. Everything was straight forward. The owners were extremely helpful from the start to the end. The flat looked very nice on the pictures, we loved it even more when we got there. It is not just very beautiful but also very comfortable.The area is just the perfect location if you want to visit london. You can walk to most places including Regents, Park and Hyde park. The area is full of wonderful cafe and restaurants. It feels like a village with small pedestrian streets.No doubt we will return. We just loved it. Thank you
