Linen, arrival pack, and weekly maid service can be provided. Wifi. Off Kings Road, food fashion and fun. In a quiet 'no through' road, two minutes walk through park to Kings Road. Excellent transport from Sloane Square, Earls Court, Fulham Broadway. Short or Long let. Non Smoking.

A delightful flat with an equally delightful owner

My wife and I took a short break in LOndon and had the good fortune to stay in a wonderful location with aflat having every modern convenience and comfort.
Everything was easily accessible great bus services,a good pub and a superb local tandoori.
Thank you Kate for everything we will return soon.
Just one thing could you think about getting a slightly larger flat screen TV.

Perfect London Pied a Terre

Forget hotels. This is the way to stay in London. Why be cooped up in one room when for the same price you can have a bright airy apartment with a gorgeous and very private terrace garden, very well equipped kitchen complete with fresh herbs and an elegant and comfy living space. And probably the most comfortable bed in the entire greater London area.
The owner lives upstairs, a friendly hostess who makes you feel completely welcome and is more than happy to help out or answer any questions you have, but without ever intruding on your holiday.
The outside steps to this basement flat are quite steep and not really suitable for anyone older or unsteady on their feet but otherwise this place is simply perfect.
The flat is close to easy public transport, (don't forget to get a travel pass or "oyster card"), and all the shops and restaurants of the Kings rd and the now buzzing Fulham Broadway area are within easy walking distance. There is a fantastc local pub, the Chelsea Ram, only two minutes away, serving grreat food and good beer and wine. What more could you want?
And for sports fans, Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea FC is right around the corner. The stadium tour is a must for soccer fans.
Having lived in London for many years I can honestly say that this place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended. We will certainly be back.

fantastic Chelsea flat

We stayed at this wonderful flat for 9 days at the end of August 2009. Kate is very friendly and helpful. Her flat is very spacious, and spotlessly clean. It is furnished to a high standard, with lovely, superb quality, heavy curtains and nice Moroccan carpets on the tiled floor. The wireless internet connection is a real bonus. The lounge is a real beauty. The large kitchen/conservatory is very light and airy, extremely well equipped and of superb quality: large fridge and freezer, good washing machine and dishwasher. Lots of cutlery, pots & pans and nice tableware. The bedroom is very cosy, has a comfortable bed and lots of storage space in the built-in wardrobe. There is a nice bathroom with shower. Also lots of extra's: hair-dryer, ironing board, drying rack, ...
There is a private patio/garden just for you, with a round wooden table and four chairs.
Although the area is very safe, the flat also has a security alarm system.
The small road is a cul-de-sac, extremely quiet, and runs through a small park, with a playground for children. The road leads to Chelsea's famous King's Road. The Earl's Court underground station (District and Piccadilly line) is easily reached by bus. There are lots of shops and supermarkets, antique shops and art galleries nearby. Sloane Square is only a few bus stops away. We would certainly recommend this flat! We lóved it and will come back soon! We only hope that the flat will not be completely booked in the near future!

Perfect accommodation

I found this flat on the internet, and was pleasantly surprised when I found the photos did not do it justice.
Beautifully decorated, underfloor heating, central heating, great shower, comfortable beds, scrupulously clean, every appliance you could wish for.
Our favorite 11 bus left from the Kings Road for most of the places we wished to visit. If it didn't, it was easy to catch a connecting bus.
The Kings Road is literally through a very pretty park. it was a pleasure to walk around Chelsea Harbour each morning, a very safe area with lovely houses in each street. Plenty of restaurants, although we found that eating out during the day and cooking dinner that evening in the flat made more sense unless you are looking for night life and company..
We would thoroughly recommend this flat to anyone. We just hope it doesn't become so popular (the owner has only had it on since last November) that we won't be able to book it next time we want to come back.

We had a great time in London, and the house was fantastic, very comfortable, fully equipped, and lovely decoration. We really felt like home. You have internet access and satellite tv!!! Great
Buses services are two blocks away, supermarket only five and a nice park to walk also close. The owner Kate is very helpfull and kind.
We defenetly recommend this property and surely come again.
