This good size apartment has 95 sqms of living space and a stunning 150 sqms of outside space which have stunning views over looking the swimming pool, the sea and mountains. The apartment is elegantly furnished with a master double bed in bedroom 1, two singles with sat TV and DVD in bedroom 2, lounge has a bed settee with sat tv, dvd and ipod station with radio and all rooms lead on to the terrace which has sunbeds and dining area. Both bedrooms and lounge have air-conditioning. Also wireless router in apartment for full internet access.Safe,hair-dryer and beach towels provided. There is a separate kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher with washing machine and ironing facilities provided in utility room. During the day the main reception is manned and at night a security guard is present. Playa del duque with its stunning beach and exclusive restaurants and bars is just 5 mins walk away. The shopping centres with everything you will need is just 5 mins walk away

Del Duque is an exclusive area of Coata Adeje it is home to many 5 star hotels one of which is the world famous Bahia del Duque .A 10 minute walk from the apartment is Playa del Duque where you can relax on its stunning white sandy beach, stroll along its promenade,dine in one of its many exclusive restaurants or just relax in one of its seafront bars and enjoy the stunning views.A short walk in the other direction leads you to Fanabe where there are numerous bars and restaurants,children's entertainment and sporting activities.There are plenty of shopping centres near with a great choice of shops including designer boutiques.Golf can be enjoyed at several beautiful courses in the area.Walk to the nearby village of La Caleta where you can dine in one of their famous fish restaurants.British residents on site for any more information's you might need.

    To secure the booking we ask for a deposit of £100 per week. The balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to travel.

    Cancellation fees: up to 6 weeks before arrival loss of deposit; within 6 weeks before arrival 50 percent of full amount: within 4 weeks before arrival 100 percent of the full amount

My wife and I stayed at Del Duque for 6 days.

We both had a lovely stay. The apartment was very spacious and had all the required amenities. This included a superb swimming pool and large balcony.

We both the felt the apartment was excellent value for money and had an excellent kitchen which allowed us to eat-in when we wished.

The only negative side of the holiday was the weather was not great when we were there - it was a bit windy - and the restaurants were not brilliant locally.
Owner's Response: Tenerife has excellent weather nearly 52 weeks of the year unfortunately like any country in the world from time to time will have a few bad weeks a year
There are loads of resturants near the apartment which if you want to go for alacarte meals you go down the beautiful beach front and if you go down to Fanabe beach there are many differant types of resturants it is all according how far you want to walk or drive

Excellent apartment with everything you will need for your daily use.

Pool area spotless clean with plenty beds which are in good condition.

Quite area with very little noise.

Outside patios with sea views are fabulous

We would certainly return to this apartment.

We were very pleased with the apartment, it was well furnished and the colours were in very good taste. Our reservation was efficiently handled and any claim made for the property was correct. Both the apartment and the building were spotlessly clean. We were particularly impressed with the free entertainment in the local hotels it was a real bonus. We would be happy to recommend this property to anybody including the fussiest of our friends. Niall
