Photos and Description of this Castelnuovo Berardenga holiday apartment Old farmhouse restorated with great pool in beautiful area.

Our Farmhouse is in the middle of Tuscany: Florence 70km, Siena 25km, Arezzo 33km. It has large Swimming pool (26m).There are two apartments: one large for 6-8 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The small apartment is for 2-4 people. In our separated house (CAPANNA) there is space for 2-4 people. It is a quite place and 3km far from here their is a great Polo area. In our CANTINA you have the possibility for a Dinner (whenever you like). All the apartments have fully equipped kitchen. The Prices@ large apartment - Euro 1.200 weekly and Euro 50 for end cleaning .Small apartment -Euro 600 weekly and Euro 40.The Price for our CAPANNA with separate terrace is Euro 620. weekly and Euro 40 for the cleaning.

When you have problems to find us, please call us for a service 055998145.Our place is very central for Routes to SAN GIMIGNANO/VOLTERRA-SIENA-AREZZO-MONTEPULCIANO etc. But also many other nice small places for sightseeing.
