The vacation house La Morosa is surrounded by the green hills of Umbria. There you will find comfort, silence, walking paths, and untouched nature. You can take make many trips to the Umbrian cultural centers (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, etc.). The panorama of the Lake Trasimeno is charming. The olive groves and the vineyards on the Apennines are also enchanting. The simple construction tracing back to the 1870s reflects the life style from those times. We offer for rent 1 apartment, which also harmonizes with the life style back then, but which, however, has elegant furnishings, and is arranged with a lot of good taste and attention for details.

Castle Rigone is 670 m high on the hill Colle Monterone, upside from the Lake Trasimeno. From there, you have wonderful views over woods, olive groves, vineyards and the lake. Castle Rigone is a small, peaceful, medieval place with not more than 400 inhabitants. An outstanding architectural monument is the Renaissance church. It also has an untouched historical center. La Morosa has a central location, so that you can easily reach on foot both the super market and the 2 bars, as well as both restaurants and the pharmacy. Thanks to its mild climate, this region is very suitable for a holiday both in the summer and in the winter. You will find here an idyllic landscape, with small villages, castles and antique country houses.
