Out Side: Outside The outside area is further enhanced by a large terrace with two more dining tables patio furniture and cushions, brick built barbecue, Americana pool table, table tennis etc. This area is for those who seek space, tranquillity and seclusion, without sacrificing the local amenities of Puerto Del Carmen, Old Town and harbour, which are only a ten minute walk. The main central avenue of Puerto del Carmen with its fine sandy beaches and a great selection good restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

In The Villa: Kitchen: Main kitchen eg. cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer. Living Rooms: There is a beautiful lounge which is 22 x 15 feet with 3 seater and 2 seater settees plus 2 armchairs. Feature stone fireplaces with remote control fire. TV/sat, DVD. IPOD station. Other: We have three enchanting bedrooms, two with french doors leading leading to the pool area, the main bedroom has Greek style furniture with a beautiful en-suite. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Maid service includes 5 days a week, towel change 7 days a week and twice weekly linen change.

Further Details: Further details Lanzarote: is perfect for a fabulous sunshine holiday, it lies in a sub-tropical location just 80 miles from Africa. There are many sites to see that have been created by the volcanic activity over thousands of years. Timanfaya National Park is an amazing phenomenon, where if a stick is pushed into the ground it will catch fire immediately due to the heat in the ground. Cuevas de los verdes (the green caves) are lava tunnels produced by volcanic eruptions. These are one of the longest in the world, stretching 7 km below the sea and visitors to the caves can walk 1.5 km down into them. Some of the volcanic soils are very fertile and the Island has its own 'wine region' from which the delicious Malvasia wine is produced. Puerto del Carmen: Situated on the Coast this is the liveliest and most popular resort on the Island. It as developed along side a long curve of gently sloping fine dark sand, which stretches to Playa de los Pocillos and Matagorda,.

One of the best Villas we have ever stayed in. Everything was of extremely high standard and very clean. The location of the Villa is situated in a nice residential area with a beautiful secluded garden / pool giving total privacy. Eric and Lionel were very helpfull with providing information on good restaurants etc. The BBQ was one of the best we have used. We are sure you won't be dissapointed and like us will want to return again 2009 Treasured memories of a fabulous stay

Fantastic property, pure luxury

I have just returned from 2 weeks of absolute luxury, I have been to many villas over the years and I can honestly say this is as good as you can get.

The interior of the property is fitted out to an excellent standard but it is outside where it really comes into its own with a beautiful heated swimming pool set amongst a lovely garden, it even has a pool table and table tennis to keep the kids happy

I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful villa if you want total relaxation in the lap of luxury

We have just returned from two weeks stay in villa Bellisima, and what a villa it is! My family have been going to lanza for 10 yrs now and stayed in many villas over the island.
Villa Bellisima is by far the best we have stayed. The villa is of excellent standard and is just like the web site photos(What you see is what you get) It is a credit to the owners.
There was six of us on this holiday my parents, myself, my husband and two boys aged 9 and 13, we were all kept entertained with the pool table, table tennis and the wide range of DVD's, The pool was great and plenty of sunbeds, it was just a fab holiday and a real pleasure to stay at villa Bellisima. We will be returning in the future.
We didnt have a car and never do when we stay in puerto-del-carmen, as it is easy to get about on public transport and taxis are reasonable.

This is a truly outstanding spacious villa set in a quiet residential location. The level of furnishing inside and out is superb. The property is absolutely spotless and is maintained by the very efficient team of maids and Lionel the pool man. We would definitley recommend this villa and hope for a return visit.

A fantastic holiday had by all the family!

Better than you could imagine!

We have just returned from a weeks stay in Villa Ballisima and I can whole heartedly agree with all the previous comments. The villa is beautiful and complete luxury. Everything is perfect with so many added features such as the numerous outdoor seating areas, pool table, table tennis, Ipod dock, extensive collection of DVD and book collection. The area in which the villa is situated is so quiet, it was a joy to just sit by the pool and enjoy the tranquillity, and we simply did not want to leave. I can highly recommend the Emmax restaurant in Playa Honda (for which we found a card in the Villa), the food was excellent and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great meal. It was nice to try somewhere outside of the main resort. Thank you Eric so much for allowing us to stay in your villa and thanks also to Lionel for all his assistance during our stay.
