Kings Gardens has been built to a very high spec and this apartment has been furnished to the same quality having all the comforts of home. It is set in a private complex in a private road and has views looking down the complex to the swimming pool. The apartment is very spacious and cool with large windows opening fully to allow a cool breeze throughout along with ceiling fans & air conditioning which have been fitted for your comfort.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non refundable deposit of £50 is required upon booking.
    We will hold your booking for 48 hours until secured with deposit and completed booking form.
    We require a £50 security deposit to be paid with your final payment. This will be returned to you at the end of your holiday once it is confirmed that the apartment was left in the condition it was found.
    Maintenance staff are available in the resort to hand over keys, clean the apartment prior to your arrival and help you during your stay, if you should need.
    Departure and arrival at the apartment is at 12 noon (unless agreed prior to arrival).
    Book within 2 weeks of your arrival dates and receive a 10% discount.
