  • The rates indicated are FULLY INCLUSIVE of all the apartment facilities.

    We can accept payment in GBP or EUROS.

    You will be met on your arrival by our Resort Host, and given a Complimentary Welcome Food Pack & a brief introduction to the facilities. A Linen & Maid Service will be provided weekly. Electricity, Water & ADSL Wireless connection are also included in the rental price.

    A 25% non returnable deposit is required to secure the booking of the apartment and the remainder is due six weeks prior to your arrival by bank transfer.

    A damage deposit of 400.00 Euros in cash will be collected at the beginning of your stay and refunded in full at the end of your stay, providing no damage or loss has occurred.

    We will consider stays of less than 4 nights but would have to charge a half day suppliment - If you are interested, please enquire.

  • There are two Bathrooms, both fitted with white sanitary ware. The en suite Master Bathroom is very well appointed, comprising of, a corner jacuzzi bath with shower above & glass shower screen, a vanity unit with two wash hand basins with storage below, a toilet, bidet, towel stand & laundry basket. The second Bathroom has a wash hand basin, toilet, towel stand and walk in shower.

  • The Master Bedroom is very light, comfortable & stylish. Apart from the lovely king sized bed with matching side tables & lamps, there is a chaise longue with side table & lamp and a dressing table. This room also has 2 x double & single built in wardrobes with cupboards above, so there is plenty of hanging & storage space for your clothes & suitcases. The second Bedroom has a super king sized bed with matching side tables & lamps and there are 2 x double built in wardrobes with cupboards above, so again there is ample hanging & storage space for your clothes & suitcases. Both Bedrooms have a remote control (3 speed) ceiling fan &/or light, so you don't even have to get out of bed to turn them on or off!! Perfect for when the air conditioning is just too fierce but you want to keep cool!!. Both Bedrooms also have black out shutters at the window, so if you can only sleep in darkness, they are ideal. We can provide an extra Single Fold Up Bed(s) or Cot if required.

Notes: We can provide travel cots and highchairs if needed for your little ones. The very spacious lounge area is decorated to a very high standard and boasts a beautiful & comfortable cream leather settee with chaise lounge, two contrasting upholstered armchairs, matching wooden coffee table, side table and sideboard, all with leather inlays. There is a large 42' plasma flat screen TV and a DVD player. We have the Full SKY package (except for pay per view channels) so you can enjoy all the Sky channels including Sports, Children's TV etc. There are also music CDs so you can listen to different types of music through the DVD player during your stay. There is a free wireless ADSL Router so you will be able to log on easily if you bring your own laptop. The lounge area leads into the very spacious fully fitted kitchen with polished granite worktops & breakfast bar. The kichen is extremely well equipped & provides everything you need to rustle up a simple snack or a gourmet dinner

Private Outside Terrace: The kitchen leads onto the lovely, private and very spacious 50 sq metre outside terrace where there is a dining table with six chairs, two matching sun loungers and a seating area with a 2 seater settee, two armchairs & a coffee table. Perfect for drinks, al fresco dining, sunbathing, relaxing & watching the sun go down!! Separate Beach Towels are provided. We ask you to please not use the Bathroom Towels for Sunbathing. The spacious terrace has 3 separate sun blinds, one over the dining area, one over the sunbathing area and another over the lounge area, so you can decide if you prefer the sun or the shade. The terrace is pretty with a small planted border around the dining area, which is self watering, so you can enjoy the plants without having to look after them!!

Along the beautiful sandy beach there are many Chiringuitos where you can enjoy a light snack for lunch or dinner in the evening watching the sun go down. There are many fantastic things to see and do in and around the Marbella area, but the standard of our accommodation is such that you could easily ' stay at home' and just relax by the pool!! There are many Golf Courses in and around Marbella, Santa Maria Golf being the nearest, only a short walk away. Many others are a short drive away, so it is an ideal place to stay if you are a keen golfer too!

Transport from the Airport to the Penthouse: Fly to Malaga - Elviria is just 30 minutes drive from the airport. There are always taxis available at the airport - but if you prefer we can arrange for a car to pick you up from the airport at a cost of 40.00 Euros, which is cheaper than a normal taxi, then if you did want to hire a car you can arrange car hire at your convenience, once you have arrived & settled in. There are a couple of car hire companies in Elviria that we can give you the contact & website details of, if you wish to have a car delivered to the apartment or pick one up locally after you have settled in. Many Car Hire companies are also available from the airport.

Wonderfull stay in Elviria

Thank you for great holidays we spent in your appartment
in Pinogolf Don Carlos at May 16th till June 5th. It was absolutely wonderfull time to all of us, hopefully we will be back very soon! For adventure seekers I suggest to take a baggy safari (lokated over the bridge to the see), its amazing 3,5 hours trip over and to the top of the mountains around the area! There are lots of restaurants and bars for every choice, also the several Supermarkets if you would like to cook you own! For party-people I suggest to visit Nikki Beach at Don Carlos with those night long partys. Marbella is very close and bus connections are very suitable, there are very nice Old Town and beatyfull Beach Promenad!

Too much traffic noise

This is a noisy location. I'm sorry to have to begin my review with such a negative comment but after spending 6 weeks at the apartment I am left with this overriding impression. The apartment is located alongside the A7 which is the major dual carriageway running from Malaga to the south and there was constant high volume, high velocity, high decibel traffic. On a positive note, this is a comfortable apartment- my wife and myself have been renting independently in Spain for over 10 years and this was among the best. It is modern, spacious and comfortable with an excellent TV/video and full Sky Sports package-this was the main reason for renting as we are sports lovers. Internet access was part of the deal but we did lose our connection on a couple of occasions-we lost it for the last week of our stay which was a little inconvenient. There is a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for the preparation of meals- although there was no microwave for snacks. The master bedroom does not have a blackout blind and as this is nearest to the dual carriageway the first morning we had light from first thing and road noise. Fortunately, as we were only two we were able to move to the second bedroom which does have a blackout blind and reduced road noise. The terrace is well furnished and spacious but it is here that you are most exposed to road noise. The site is very secure with a guard patrolling at night which will reassure those with small children.The apartment is convenient for bars, restaurants and supermarkets and there is a good beach 10-15 min. away. Bus travel is convenient and cheap. For a short stay where you spend time at the beach by day and in restaurants/bars at night this could be a good location. Unfortunately, for us the noise proved too intrusive and we wouldn't consider returning.

first class apartment in a great area

Having just returned from a 3 week stay in this apartment i have nothing but good things to write about it. the owners answered my every question about the apartment before we booked it immediatley. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and continued that way with the help from the cleaners every week. It is in a fantastic area close to restaurants, shops,bars and the beach, all of these can be reached easily on foot. i can strongly recommend this apartment to absolutley anyone, you will not be dissappointed.

Superb Holiday Apartment

We have just returned from a 10 day break at the Pinogolf apartments. The apartment was superb in every way. It was spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and had everything that you could possibly need and more. The balcony the best we have every had in 20 years of holidays. It was beautifully furnished and the 3 seperate awnings made it the perfect place to sit and read or to catch the sun. Sky TV and internet access helped to entertain the kids and were a godsend when it was too hot for them outside. We had the whole pool area to ourselves for the first two days and it was never crowded but very peaceful making it easy for families to keep an eye on their children. There were restaurants and bars just a 2 minute walk from the apartment and also a taxi rank. Supermarkets were within easy reach as well. All in all we had a lovely holiday and could not have asked for more. The owner dealt with our enquiries speedily and kept us fully informed about the arrangements for our arrival. We would certainly consider returning to this area and especially to this apartment.

Marbulous penthouse for a good price

We really enjoyed our holiday in your penthouse.We were absolutely thrilled with it. Everything you write on the website is absolutely true or even better, it is perfect. Lovely, spacious penthouse with very large beautiful balcony. The penthouse is well equiped. The shops, good restaurants, the busstop and the beach are nearby.
We really liked the Englisch and Spanish restaurant. Everything is very clean. The swimmingpool is great.
The taxi service and meeter and greater (Bernard) is fantastic. We shall recommend your beautiful penthouse to our family and friends!
We will come back many times.
