    A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable when booking. Balance of payment is due 2 months prior to arrival.
    Bookings taken 2 months before departure date, payment in full is required at time of booking.
    Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros (exchange rate on day of payment) by personal cheque, bank draft, electronic bank transfer or pay pal (+3.4% commission).
    For cancellations, deposit will not be returned.
    Guests are responsible for safe return of the flat keys to the Management Agent. Failure to return keys will incur a charge of E10.00 for replacement.

Fantastic Holiday Flat

This flat is located in a superb position right on the beach with gardens and pool. Shops and restaurants are all very close as is the Balcon de Europa. Don't need a car once you get to Nerja as everything is in walking distance. Flat is clean, modern, well maintained and well equipped.
Had a great holiday and would highly recommend.
