Parasol, deck chairs, out-door dining table and in-door dining table offer the best of both worlds. Lift access to the apartment with small entrance hall, open stting room, American kitchen, and hall leading to good size bedroom with access to terrace, built-in wardrobe, and king-size bed. Large shower room and seperate toilet room.

A fantastic holiday apartment not only because of the high quality interior furnishings and terrace but also because of the location which is quiet and could not be more central. Step out of the building and 20 yards away is the main shopping avenue of Jean Medicin, Place Massena, shops, restaurants, the Old Town and beach all within a one minute walk. The apartment itself is air conditioned, with electric shutters in the bedroom and sitting room where each room has glass doors onto a large terrace containing dec chairs and outdoor dining table and chairs with a parasol for the bright sun of which there are 300 days out of 360 days in the year. The Winter temperature is 15 degrees and even warmer in the sun. The building is quiet, and modern with a lift from the ground to this fifth floor apartment which overlooks the communal gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dish washer.

Located behind Place Massena from where the Old Town begins and where the beach is viewed from the Place Massena Fountain a mere 70 yards away. The Tramway, bus station and train station are all within 5-9 minutes walk away. Shopping all along Jean Medicin at your door. The 17 bus is across the road which takes you to Cimiez, Queen Victoria's Palace and the Matisse Museum with its olive groves, fantastic views and beautiful Franciscan gardens. Eze can be reached by bus and there are views to die for. Monaco by bus costs 1 euro and takes 20 minutes along a beautiful coastline through pretty fishing villages such as Villefranche where you can relax after a visit to the Rothchild Museum where again the views are breathtaking and the gardens sublime. A hotel suite can cost a small fortune, but the self-catering market has everything to offer including high quality interiors for a fraction of the price for what you actually get. Nice is a fantastic central base which has plenty to offer.

Notes: This is a super modern apartment with large terrace, parasol and outdoor dining area. Not much more you could ask for in a perfect location in the centre of Nice and yet very quiet.

I do a lot of business travel and this apartment was better than staying at a hotel and yet had the feel of being very high quality corporate accommodation which suited me because I entertained some business friends in the apartment and feel that the quality professional sorroundings helped secure an important deal for my firm. The owner knows I have already re-booked for my return visit and I will recommend the apartment to my friends and company. The location was spot on. There is also a garage which I did not know about, so the owners should promote this more as an added extra.

Band in the Centre and Quiet - amazing

This apartment was recommended to us by friends. We originally wanted a typical french interior out of the centre, but relied on our friends advice and how glad we are. No need for a car even though there is a garage; across the road from a famous French department store; yards from the new tram system; yards from the main shopping avenue; a minute from the sea; smart shops around the corner; bus station for Monaco and Villefranch just a short walk away; the Old Town just seconds across Place Massena and so on. I thank my friends and I thank the owners for presenting an immaculate modern high quality stay with lovely terrace thrown in with a good nights sleep. Ben

Fantastic City, wonderful apartment and a must for return visits. Many thanks to the owners for providing such high quality interior furnishings and the location could not be better. We also liked the Meet and Greet and 24 hour emergency service which gave us a sense of security. There was air conditioning but the through breeze from the sea was more than enough to keep us cool along with a large terrace running from the sitting room to the bedroom with deck chairs and outside dining table. We did not need a car, and for one euro on a 20 minute bus ride we were in Monaco where we walked and walked. We walked in Cannes, we walked in the mountains, and we walked along the stunning blue beaches of Nice, Villefranche and others. A truly satisfying stay.
