Excellent Apartment

The apartment was larger than we expected and very clean. It is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, TV, DVD etc., in fact everything you could need for your stay.
The building itself is located on a small street just off the main shopping street and appears to be quite new and it has its own security gate. The communal areas and lift are also very clean and well lit.
It is a 2 minute walk to the main shopping street and the tram line and is a leisurely 10 minute walk to the beach and old town. The terrace serves both the bedroom and lounge. It looks onto a triangular courtyard and gets the sun in the morning.
Our plane arrived late and it was after 11pm when we arrived, but we were still met near the flat and James took the time to show us round the flat and explain everything to us, even taking the time to make a detour to show us where the local convenience store was. We also had his number should we have needed to contact him about anything when we were there.
All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the apartment for your stay in Nice.
