Notes: There is an elevator serving all floors in the block, additional lift access from adjoining blocks in the development. A number of 1-bedroom apartments are available in the same complex, joint bookings considered (dependent on availability). Properties managed by a well known UK agent, based in Gibraltar. A pick up and return service from Gibraltar and Malaga airports is available, but please contact us for price and availability at time of booking. The local Morrisons supermarket (less than 5 mins walk away) is open till 10pm Monday to Saturday and operates shorter Sunday hrs. However, we can provide a welcome pack with essentials, please specify at time of booking - our booking form has list of items.

Weather: Gibraltar and the surrounding Andalusia region has been rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest climates in the world. Dry and equable almost throughout the year, with over 300 days of sunshine. Ideal for spring/autumn holidays, especially golf.

Car Hire: A car is not essential, as the town, local attractions, shops, restaurants etc. are only a 10-15 minute easy walk from the apartment. However, cars can be pre-booked at competitive rates (check web sites for Spain, listing under 'Gibraltar airport'). Ideal for a day/weekend trips up the Spanish coast, to visit a beach, Andalucian cities such as Jerez, Seville or Granada, or any of the many tourist attractions on offer.

Flights: Gibraltar has its own airport, dailly flights (approx. 2.5 hours) by British Airways, Monarch and Easyjet - choose to fly from London (Gatwick or Luton) or Manchester airports. Malaga is an hours drive (best to hire a car) offering alternative flights including UK's regional airports and other European cities. There is a Bus Terminal at la Linea, 10 minutes walk from the frontier with Buses leaving to all regions of Spain, airports etc.

Other Activities: Tarifa for wind-surfing and paragliding 30 mins drive. Skiing on the Sierra Nevada 3hr's drive. Day/weekend trips to Tangier, Granada, Sevilla etc.

Stayed in august 2009, very clean apartment with restricted views over Gibraltar Straits. Walking distance to supermarket, Main street and Marina's. Lovely place to stay very relaxing hope to stay again. Swimming pool good but a little small.

lovely clean apartment , well fitted with everything you need to enjoy a holiday. the apartment is close to all amenities , supermarket ,shops bars restaurants are all within easy walking distance . transport is frequent and easy to use . all in all an excellent holiday destination

This is a clean and modern apartment. Centrally located only 5 mins from Morrisons, 10 mins from the Marina and Casino and 10 mis from the main shopping area with bars and restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning a visit to Gib.
