In the Winter months (where the temp is about 22 degrees), you can either drive up into the Troodos mountains to enjoy a bit of skiing or take a drive along the beautiful coast line - all within a few hours of each other. Take a trip to Nicosia - for shopping etc To enjoy the senic views, it's reasonably easy to hire a car (automatic/manual), moped or quadbike.
