Beautifully furnished, this light and airy apartment is situated in a very attractive complex with stunning gardens. The master bedroom offers a double bed and ensuite bathroom (with bath) and access to the terrace, and there is a second twin-bedded room and further bathroom (with shower). The fully fitted kitchen has a small bar area for those early evening aperitifs! An elegant lounge also leads to the terrace offering the best view in the complex of the lush gardens and pool, with table and chairs for four, and sun lounger to soak up the sun in private! The pool area is accessed via secured gates, and has sun loungers, poolside showers and toilet facilities. Air conditioning heats as well as cools, so the apartment can be used all year round.

Riviera del Sol is located on the Costa del Sol, and offers numerous bars and restaurants, banks, supermarkets and a chemist within a 5/10 minute walk of the apartment. The Rivera beach is also minutes away, as are numerous golf courses. The Aztec Tennis and Country Club (2 mins walk), has not only superb tennis courts, but also terraces, a pool and bar, Italian restaurant, gym and spa, and crazy golf. Marbella and Puerto Banus, great for shopping, eating, nightclubbing or just watching the world go by, are just a 20 minute drive away, as are Benalmadena and the pretty village of Mijas. Day trips to Gibraltar and Morocco can be organised easily. For the cultural, Seville, Ronda and Granada can be visited in a day trip. The coast of Andalucia, with its' miles of beaches, bars, golf courses and tourist attractions, truly has something for everyone. Whilst a car is not necessary for staying locally, it is useful to venturing further afield. There is plenty of off road parking.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental times are flexible- midweek to midweek bookings are as welcome as those commencing weekends, where available. Extra days are charges pro-rata. Discounts for bookings of more than two weeks. A 25% deposit taken at time of booking, with the remaining 75% payable 5 weeks before date of travel. A £100 deposit is also taken to cover any potential breakages, damage to the property or extensive cleaning and is returned once the property has been checked and the keys are returned to us. The apartment is cleaned prior to your stay to a very high standard by our agent, who can also help in the unlikely event that any issues arise. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged, though is chargeable.
  • Airport pick ups are available at an extra charge- please enquire. A car is not necessary if you wish to stay local, though we would recommend as a cheaper way to go further afield.

Lovely Apartment & Great Location!!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in July and we just couldn't fault anything! The apartment was clean and bright and had everything we needed and more, the 2 sofas in the lounge are really comfy to relax on!!!! There is a spacious balcony big enough to fit table, chairs and a sun lounger. There is a very useful information pack and folder which tells you all you need to know about the area and local attractions and Stephanie the owner is friendly and helpful, we never worried about anything the whole week. We didnt hire a car but found that public transport was easy and there is a local taxi rank at the bottom of Riviera del sol. Our favorite place to eat locally was Max's beach bar, superb location on the the beach if you go you must try the spare ribs!! Georges bar is great for drinks and is at the bottom of the hill from the apartment, We had quite a few Mojito's in this bar! We couldn't complain about anything and we will definitely be booking up to stay here again, nice resort and great apartment!

Lovely 2 bed apartment near to beach/tennis club

A lovely, bright and stylish apartment, cleaned to a very high standard and directly overlooking the pool with a good sized balcony to sit on. We took our children, but it's also ideal for couples, friends etc. Everything was exactly as described, and the owner is very client friendly. There are bars and supermarkets and more or less everything you need at a 10 minute walk, as is the beach. If you don't want to hire a car, we tried out the local transport and found it easy to get to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola. Plus a great sports/tennis club with a nice terrace bar very close by. We are hoping to go back later this year, and definitely again next summer, and would highly recommend it.

Relaxing week in Riviera Del Sol

Superb week in very comfortable apt. The pictures on the site sold it and the apt lived up to expectations. Every piece of equipment and utensil you could imagine was provided. The location was ideal, only a short walk from beach, pubs, restuarants and supermarket. Also a short walk to bus stops with quick and low cost routes to Mijas (a must), Marbellas, Pueto Banus, Fuengerola etc. The owner will give you very good advice on the best pubs and restuarants and her local agent is very helpful and easily contacted by phone. A very good choice and would happily recommend to anyone. Forget hotels this is much better.
