we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this appartment. it was our first time in venice and i think this was a great place to stay. the area is close to everywhere (10 -15 mins walk) but relatively quiet. we thought that we were the first people to stay here because it was so clean but apparently not as there is a review from somebody how stayed before us! Daniella (the owner) met us with the keys and was very helpful pointing out the best sights and drawing a map of how to get to the supermarket. we mostly ate in the flat but the surrounding area was well supplied with restaurants and shops. we really enjoyed our week in venice and i would recommend it to everybody

A newly fitted out apartment, done to a high standard throughout. The kitchen area is compact but still very usable, with a good range of crockery and utensils available too. The bathroom is especially well finished. The overall impression is elegant whilst remaining practical too: so it works if you want to self-cater, but also as something more like a hotel suite if you're planning to dine out.

Having stayed in Venice very many times before we've found each area of the city to has its charms as a base, and this one was superb. The local pasticceria provided a sweet treats for breakfast; Nico's gelateria is not far away (and the large supermarket on the Zattere is also close.) It's also very convenient for public transport.

The owner Daniela is friendly, helpful, and concerned to ensure we had a smooth stay. We'd recommend to others, and go back ourselves.
