These luxurious, brand new apartment complex is located on an exclusive development just a few minutes from a choice of superb beaches. Each apartment has 2 or 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The living room/dining area is beautifully decorated and there is an open fire. The living area is equipped with satellite TV/DVD and the apartment is fully air conditioned. The living area leads on to a spacious terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool with its separate children's pool and with magnificent views of the sea beyond. The terrace has a built in barbecue, making it a perfect setting for an 'al fresco' lunch. The apartment is situated on the 1st, 2nd and 3th (top) floor and are accessible by lift or stairs. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven. There is a cleaning service and both bedlinen and towels are provided. There is a parking space in front of the building & a large underground garage accessible by lift.

Sesmarias is situated +/- 5 km West of Albufeira.The Algarve is known for its fantastic golf courses. The coastline offers a fantastic scenery.Close to Vila Rosal you can find lovely restaurants of all kind (also on the beaches), shops and supermarkets. Just a few km' s from Sesmarias you can find the town of Guia, home to Cliff Richard. The Algarve Shopping Centre (with multiplex Cinemas) is situated in Guia as well as the Zoomarine, a lovely Marine park where you can swim with Dolphins. Both deserve a visit! Other attractions like Slide an Splash and Aqua are within 20 minutes drive. On your way to Albufeira you will pass the 'Marina'. This modern harbour has a lovely boulevard, where you can enjoy the yachts, have a refreshing drink or a lovely meal in one of the restaurants. The old town of Albufeira is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses. There are the numerous music bars and street entertainers.Nearest beaches: Sao Rafael and Coehlla (200m)
