Enjoy some luxury in the heart of Ocho Rios Jamaica ! A warm welcome awaits you when visiting, Penthouse A25 at Sandcastles. Known as one of the most luxurious suites on the complex the penthouse sees many repeat guests. It is set up as a beautiful tropical home rather than a standard self catering apartment. The suite is split over two floors separated by a spiral staircase.The two spacious luxury bedrooms are perfect for an afternoon siesta as well as a comfortable nights sleep. Ample storage space is available. The living and dining area is light and airy with quality decor and furnishings. We have the benefit of local and U.K electrical sockets. The independent kitchen is fully tiled with hand made pine units, and quality appliances. The main bathroom is luxuriously tiled and fitted out as is the upstairs closet. Our tropical roof, terrace garden sets us apart providing opportunities for dining, star gazing or just lounging around. Our outdoor shower is simply wonderful!

  • The Luxury 2 bedroom Penthouse is rented on a 4 people sharing basis . Additional guests (up to 1 person) will be charged a small supplement of £10.00 per person per night. We do not cater for more than 5 guests.
  • 1) We respectfully ask for a deposit of 20% to confirm booking.
    2) Balance to be paid 30 days prior to booking date.
    3) There is a £10 charge for lost keys.

OUR AGENTS: On arrival at Sancastles reception, Guests are directed to the Penthouse where Our Jamaican agent will be waiting to do the hand over. Should you require any services during your stay, such as catering, transport, guiding, or just general help please speak to our well vetted and friendly Rep. He understands all aspects of the locality. Linen, and a reasonable amount of towels are all provided. The maid attends once a week. If you do not require maid service or would like further maid services please notify us at pre-booking. Please be prepared to offer your apartment number when asked by onsite security when leaving or entering the complex. You will most certainly be asked when leaving site to enter the beach. They do a good job. Please remember this is a privately owned self catering appartment. We are not a hotel and as such do not provide hotel services. The first point of call for our guests is either we as owners or our AGENT and not sandcastles RECEPTION. Thank You.

YOUR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Should you require any specific items ordered or purchased for your arrival, please notify us at pre-booking stage (nominal charge for service) Airport transfers can be arranged for you either via private taxi or one of the many tour operators. I found the property well taken care of, spacious and it was exactly as you saw on the website. Centrally located to everything, you are within walking distance to all the stores and restauraunts in Ocho Rios. The beach is right across from the property and is just a short 200 yard walk. Miss Rose is a wonderful lady and will look after all your needs. It was well worth the cost, I especially enjoyed the balcony on the roof top. Late at night you can sit up there and enjoy the stars and the sounds of the night. I would definitaley recommend the property to my friends and family. Nick

A Peace of heaven in Jamaica

We really loved this apartment it was so well looked after and clean there were four of us that stay here lots of bedding and towels my boys really loved the roof terrace outdoor shower and the use of the hotel complex swmming pool only a few yards walk to the beach shops and the bars. What more could you want even the owners were really caring and helpful
The bedding was change mid week and the whole place was cleaned.
My regards to Rose and Neil hope to book again.

Loved this property immediately - very clean and accommodating. The decor and layout are in great condition. The roof terrace garden and outdoor shower were a hit with us. Went as a family of five - and there was adequate room to maneuver. The beach is just 5 mins away with craft market and other attractions nearby.

Booking went smoothly with Rosie and Neil and everything said upfront was as expected. Thanx also to Tony and staff for their professional help. Will definitely re-book for next hols.

Nice little apartment in a good location

The apartment is in a small hotel complex at the start of the main street with a very good beach at the rear.
There is a restaurant in the hotel, a relaxed sports bar across the road and very good jamaican take away food nextdoor. The main street has a variety of shops, supermarkets and banks, so you don't need to travel if you don't want to.
Two flights of stairs lead up to the apartment so it would not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. The great advantage of being on the top floor is the private roof terrace.
Everything was clean and well maintained and customer service was very good before, during and after our stay.
I would have no problem recommending this place to anyone going to Ocho Rios.
Owner's Response: A wonderful party of people. Hassle free. Totally self sufficient and used the property in the way it was intended, as a SELF CATERING appartment. Mike and Sue left the property Immaculate !

Absolutely Perfect!

This property is the perfect getaway retreat located in the center of it all if you’re not the all inclusive type I say this is perfect, the outdoor shower is bliss the hot water mixed with the sweet Caribbean air is tranquilizing, upon arriving I was in awe at the property the sundeck was such a good asset, the property was spotless and I can honestly say it was much more then what I expected I love this place and hope to visit again real soon, I cannot emphasize enough on how lovely this apartment is and on top of that the apt have great owners Rosie & Neil which was a pleasure working with I miss it already and it haven’t even been two weeks yet lol, In conclusion if your kind of leery and unsure like I was renting privately own for the first time believe me you won’t be disappointed.

Note: ask for a james bond from the bar...wicked :)
