This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic district, steps from the city’s most visited piazzas and monuments. The apartment is bright and airy thanks to the spacious private terrace (over 35 m2) that looks out onto one of the oldest streets in Florence – a pleasant environment for morning breakfast, reading, and conversation.Peaceful and sunny with two large windows, the studio is furnished with a double or two single beds with wooden slats, a double sofa bed, closet, bookshelf, and kitchenette equipped for four people with dishes, electric hotplates, refrigerator, microwave oven, American coffee maker, toaster and more. The bathroom contains a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. Linens for the beds, bathroom, and kitchen, a TV, heating and air conditioning, and some simple board games complete the apartment.Recently renovated, the apartment is ideal for those who want to discover the city.

I rented the apartment in March 2009. The apartment's position was exactly as described and is ideal for exploring the city. All the major tourist sites are within easy walking distance and the close proximity of the main food market and shops make self-catering simple.
The terrace is a major bonus and is perfect for sunny breakfasts and taking a rest from the hustle and bustle of central Florence.
The only negative point is that the kitchen facilities are a little tired. Everything works, but it's starting to show it's age.
This, however, in no way effected our enjoyment of the property which is reflected in my giving the score of 'Excellent', and I would certainly rent the apartment again.
