Casa dei Pittori is a late 9th century palace located at the intersection of two of the most lively canals in the Santa Croce Sestriere (quarter). The building consists of several beautiful apartments, all rated first category, arranged to offer guests every comfort imaginable in absolute quiet and tranquility. The location is unbeatable both in terms of accessibility, easily reachable from the main Venice Santa Lucia train station and the Piazzale Roma bus station, and atmosphere with the authentic Venetian life in the surrounding area. Peculiarity of Casa dei Pittori (aka House of Painters) is that every apartment wall is adorned with original paintings and prints.

Ca’ Tiepolo is the widest apartment in the Casa dei Pittori palace (110 mq + 14 courtyard), located on the ground floor (but completely safe regarding high tide problems, the so-called acqua alta). The entrance is encompassed by a private courtyard that ensures an absolutely tranquil, intimate atmosphere. Marble floors in the typical Venetian style throughout. Spacious, well-illuminated rooms including a living room with exposed wood beams and two bay windows facing one of Venice’s most lively canals, allowing guests to witness the city river life just a few steps away from the dining table or armchair. A master bedroom with king-sized bed and a second bedroom with a single bed that can become a comfortable double. One modern full bathroom with tiled walls and one ¾ bath. Ideal for three couples or families. Can accommodate up to six people.
