This part of Southern Cyprus is near to the towns of Paralimini, Protaras and Ayia Napa but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful countryside around you. The area around Kapparis is generally a mixture of farmland and residential accommodation. The most south easterly part of the area is Cape Gkreko where you will find an area of outstanding natural beauty, breathtaking views and rugged surroundings. Kapparis - A three minute walk will take you to the local supermarket, restaurants and bars. The Firemans Beach is a ten minute walk away. Protaras - Coastal town with bars, restaurants, children's activities and beaches. The main supermarket is located between Protaras and Kapparis.

    You may occupy the villa from 16:00 hours on your date of arrival.

    We ask that you depart by 10:00 hours on your final day.

    A mid-stay linen and towel change is available, please advise at time of booking, payable locally. If this is not requested one set of all bed linen, one beach towel (per person) and two sets of towels will be provided.

    We require a Euro 150.00 cash deposit, payable locally, to cover cost of any breakages or damage sustained to the property during your stay. This will be refunded, less any deductible charges for malicious damage, breakages or adverse cleaning that may be required.

Great villa.

We were there June 2008, and it’s a great villa and in a brilliant location for families.
Restaurants and bars near by, also a good selection of shops.

The villa is a real home from home and Cleanliness to the highest standard.
The beach was a short walk away and the pool is just around the Conner and is very safe and clean with a great bar.

We stayed for one week with our son, his wife and young baby as a base for a friends wedding. We found the villa had everything required for all ages with good accomodation and facilities, very well presented and clean.The location is also ideal being near to beach`s, shops, restaurants and area`s of interest both night and day.
We would not hesitate in using again on a holiday to Cyprus and continue to recommend to all.

We spent a wonderful holiday in this villa in August 2009. The villa is clean and welcoming with something for everyone. There is air conditioning to keep you cool, TV etc. The kitchen has everything you need and again spotless. There is a dining area to eat in although we used the outside table and chairs as the weather was so great. There is a mix of people who have relocated to Cyprus and returning holiday makers. They were really friendly and you immediately felt part of a large family. The swimming pool was again clean, and there was never a problem getting sunbeds. Beaches, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. The proprietor has provided a file with lots of information in for those who wish to explore. Great villa, great location, great holiday. Will definitely be returning . . . .

This very well equipped villa has everthing that you need for a familly holiday. Located close to all facilities with communal pool within a two minute walk. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone looking for a relaxing break. Local beach is wonderful and number of high quality nearby restaurants increases every year.

The owners of the villa are very helpful and friendly and know the area very well.

No hesitation in giving this property a 5/5 star rating and will return next year.
