This lovely south facing 1 bedroom apartment is situated on 7th floor of the Puerto Paraiso complex in the port of Estepona. All the rooms have glorious views of the marina and sea and on a clear day (325 days-so we're told) Gibraltar and the Atlas mountains of Africa can be seen. The apartment is attractively furnished and fitted with all modern conveniences and maintained to a high standard, new double glazed windows have been fitted throughout to ensure quietness from this thriving marina with its abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket. The light and spacious lounge has Sky & satellite TV, DVD & Video. Kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom has 2 single beds which are fitted together making a king with a further sofa-bed that splits into 2 single beds in the enclosed terrace. The terrace doubles as a dining area that has a stereo system-radio, cd & tape recorder, this then leads out onto a southeast facing balcony where you can sit and watch the activities of the port.

Situated between Malaga & Gibraltar airports, with the imposing Sierra Bermeja Mountains behind & looking out over the Mediterranean stands Estepona with its pretty squares & quaint streets of Andalusian charm & character. The marina/port is west of the town between El Cristo & La Rada beaches, both beaches having Blue Flag status, Chiringuitos (beach bars & restaurants) & lifeguards in season. La Rada beach is only 200 metres from the Apartment, the town is 15 minutes walk along a picturesque promenade. El Cristo beach is a small bay about 10 minutes walk. The marina has plenty of restaurants, bars, shops etc, and 2 supermarkets right on your door step! There’s plenty of car parking around the apartment & a bus stop just 2 minutes away for those trips without a car. There are numerous golf courses within easy reach & boat trips held in the marina with a weekly market on Sundays & a bigger market in town on Wednesdays. A great place to be active or just relax & watch the world go by!

We had a fantastic time in Estepona, the property was well described by the owner, large spacious rooms with beautiful views of the port and very clean and well maintained. We received excellent communication from the owner prior to our stay, given us plenty of information in regards to travel directions and the best beaches, bars an restaurants. Estepona has some beautiful beach front restaurants and many in th port to choose from. A lovely holiday would recommend.

Estepona, a truly spanish holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this lovely spacious apartment.The views are outstanding over the marina and down to Gibraltar & Africa.The apartment is well maintained,clean,and very secure.There are plenty of bars & restaurants on the marina plus 2 supermarkets(opencor& supersol) supersol is thebest and cheapest in our opinion.Estepona town is just a 15 min stroll away and you will come across Solbank where currency can be changed.Estepona is beautiful with charming plazas where you can eat,drink,and watch the world go by.Do take a trip to gibraltar the currency exchange rate is far better there and the spirits &cigs are 50% cheaper than in spain.We are looking forward to our next visit.Melrose properties the agents for the owners were very helpfull, and taxis,trips& car hire can be organised by them

Lovely Appartment

I would highly recommend this appartment. The location is great and the appartment is very well maintained. The owner provided all the information that you would need. The swimming pool very clean but no sunloungers. The beach is in walking distance. The appartment building is very quiet no children around but as it was in Sept most children would be back at school. Lots of activity around the Port at night with some lovely restaurants and bars. Hope to stay there again.

Sorry about no sun loungers will mention that at the annual meeting. As all the apartments in the block are all one bedroom you will rarely get children staying there, saying that though, the few who have stayed at the apartment have been very well behaved – you’re always welcome back!

Lovely Holiday

We had a fantastic week in Estepona. Your apartment is lovely and the views of the harbour are exceptional. We spent each morning reading and sunbathing on the balcony watching the activity in the harbour. It was so relaxing that we had to drag ourselves out each afternoon but we managed to visit Gibraltar, Granada, Marbella and the white villages, as well as walking to Estepona town. We ate in the port most nights. Overall it was one of the best weeks we have had in Spain. If we ever go
back we would love to stay in your apartment again.

The apartment isclean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious for two people . It has great views over the marina/fishing harbour and over the Med to Gibralta and North Africa. It is well placed for trips to Gibralta, Puerto Bunas and the hill towns such as Ronda.
